This is probably one of the best Burger King’s I’ve ever been to. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. The staff and managers were friendly and made me feel like a valued customer honestly. Tisha was awesome and we need more workers like her!
100/10 I’ll be back

If I could give this Burger King no stars I would. It’s labeled as a 24 hour Burger King but once you pull up to the speaker the workers ignore you. A simple form of communication like “we are short staffed so wait time will be long” instead of just ignoring customers would help. If you do speak to someone the wait is at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced bad customer service at any fast food restaurant as I’ve had here. You are better off driving to another location 20 minutes away than come to this establishment.

I have been waiting for my order 33+ minutes. I have seen at least 15 people come after me and they have gotten their food in a rapid manner. I placed a mobile order at 4:45 pm, I arrived about 5 mins after. It is now 5:21 pm and I am just now receiving my food.

Missing toys from kids meals from first order, ridiculous wait time for “fast food” roughly 40 min for a basic whopper meal in store. 2 people were served whoppers ahead of me that came in after me. When it was discovered that the cook skipped my order neither the cashier nor the cook showed any urgency in correcting the mistake and in fact made and served another order before addressing mine.

I live just down the street from this Burger King on University Parkway, and I’ve seen firsthand how challenging the post-pandemic years have been for restaurants—particularly when it comes to hiring, training, and retaining staff. This location has faced its share of those struggles, yet I want to take a moment to commend the current manager. She has been here for several months now, and on more than one occasion I’ve seen her holding down the store nearly singlehandedly, even in the middle of the night, at what is essentially a 24/7 franchise. Her effort and commitment deserve real recognition.
As for quality, Burger King continues to deliver what has always set it apart: that unmistakable chargrilled flavor. When stacked against competitors like McDonald’s or Wendy’s, the flame-grilled taste really is in a league of its own. I also appreciate Burger King’s unapologetic commitment to what most of us can agree on—that bacon simply belongs on a burger.
That said, the staffing shortages have inevitably impacted the overall customer experience. To be clear, this is not a reflection on the current management team, who are working hard under difficult circumstances. The responsibility, in my view, lies at the district and corporate level. Burger King as a brand has the resources to invest in higher wages, stronger benefits, better training programs, and improved hiring practices. Ultimately, the company’s leadership creates the culture and conditions that determine whether people want to work here.
If those issues are addressed, my ratings would rise significantly, because this location has strong management and the potential to thrive. Until then, I see the gaps as less a local problem and more a corporate responsibility.

We waited in the drive-thru longer than we should have – we ordered 1 whopper and specifically asked for it to be “hot off the broiler” which it wasn’t and it’s very sad when you order 1 sandwich and they couldn’t even get that right!!!

I ordered 5 burgers or sandwiches. 3 fries, and 1 jalapeño bite. A burger was missing along with the jalapeño bites. There was no offer to return and get them. Just to call the corporate office. Heads up.

The morning manager on duty not only was rude while taking my order and was very sarcastic about how I needed my food made but also put my food in wrong because she was too busy judging how I wanted my food made. And when I came inside to get my replacement I walked into her talking shit about me because at the end of the first time I called her out for being rude and judgmental about my order. It was so sad that the cooks in there were embarrassed about how she was acting and speaking and they were so kind and fixed my food properly but she had an attitude the entire time.

Do not come here if you are on a time limit, I’ve been sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes after being told “we will be right with you”. I placed a mobile order way in advance before even showing up and it still took them an hour to get me on my way, I’ve never been to a restaurant this bad.

Some of the workers at this restaurant need attitude adjustments, especially the afternoon female manager. She was very rude to a customer regarding her order. Had I not been ordering for a friend, I would have immediately left!! The food preparers talk over your food, and they left off a requested item offer whopper. The atmosphere was dismal, probably due to the manager’s awful attitude. I will never return to this Burger King!!
