This is the world’s slowest fast food chain, at least this location. I can’t tell you how many times and others have left the line or the drive thru because service is so slow. Even when they’re fully staffed.

I decided to eat at Burger King instead of Chick-fil-A today, and from the moment I walked in, I could tell the customer service level was completely different. I sat down for a few minutes waiting on my mobile order. Someone came up and asked if I was “the rep guy.” I said no, and then the lady behind the counter said maybe I was just someone using the Wi-Fi. I explained that I was a customer waiting on my online order.
She then told me my order was ready, so I walked to the counter — only for her to immediately say, “Well, it’s not ready.” I responded, “You just said it was ready,” and she replied, “That’s what I thought, but it’s not.”

Clemmons Burger King has stepped up their game! The service is very friendly and the burgers at fresh and amazing. Restaurant is clean and inviting. This is way better than it was a couple of years ago. Whatever y’all are doing, keep it up!!!!

I haven’t been to this BK in a long time because the previous times were simply a disaster and I swore I never would return. Today my son wanted something from there so I used the mobile app (which is awful btw) to place the order hoping to save time.
Placed the order and within 10 minutes or so I pulled in and not a single car in line. Told them i had a mobile order and was told to pull on around. Waited a solid 5+ minutes at the window (keep in mind not a single car there) yet still had to wait despite making a mobile order.
Opened up my bag and quickly saw that the fries did not look right. Tried one and i was disgusting. Room temperature, stale tasting, only way i know the describe was they were a few days old and they just kept them and decided to try and serve them at a later date. I asked for some fresh fries and tried explaining and the rude guy didn’t seem to want to hear, just interrupted me and told me to pull forward and he’d bring me out some. While waiting (another 5+minutes) i noticed the bun on my whopper (which by itself was almost $6) was cold and no cheese and even the patty didn’t seem fresh really. To top it off my onion rings i ordered were also stale tasting and overall disgusting.
Guy finally brings my fries out, wasn’t friendly at all and the new fries had zero salt on them and overall just didn’t taste good. Got home and after eating a couple onion rings and couple bites of whopper, tossed it all in the trash. What a waste of time and money.
This visit reassured me that I will never return back. There’s a reason every time you drive by there’s no cars in line for food when other places are wrapped around the building. How this BK is still open is beyond me.

The worst service ever! I sat in line for 30 minutes, they didn’t have the sense to tell the person waiting to pull ahead. Then when I got my food it was cold. After waiting! They just need to shut down completely!

After asking to have all meals separated, 4 meals were given back inside the same bag, we were missing a sweet tea, as all four drinks were cokes, and my double burger, well let the picture describe it better. I’m fair when it comes to fast food, but being careless and not listening to your customers requests, not a wise business decision. We will not be coming back here, neither the rest of my family.

I mean it’s a franchise BK. Everybody knows the food. I physically walked in twice, use the bathroom twice,and had to use the sandpaper hand towels both times. There isn’t enough personnel there to man all of the stations, there are two elderly women that works there. And one is usually cleaning and the other is in the back taking drive-thru so it’s going to be a few minutes before somebody notices and comes to assist. So primarily this review is just based on franchise cleanliness and service. There’s a picture attached, this is clemmons mind you not Compton and if you got to post this on the bathroom…….

We stopped by here tonight to get some whopper jrs. They didn’t hear us order our burger correctly due to the order communication systems are always difficult to hear clearly through, but the lady at the window was very understanding, apologized and re-made our order correctly. Great customer service, the drive thru attendant needs a raise for sure.
