Ok so my bar is pretty low when it comes to fast food and I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on a fast food establishment before but here we go.
The made me the absolute worst whopper I’ve ever had in my life. It had so much grease it was dripping off the wrapping when I unwrapped it. I then put the burger on a napkin while I wiped the grease off my hands and it left a grease imprint on the napkin too. Furthermore I’m convinced they microwaved it, the bun was too warm to have been from the burger and it was soggy too. Secondly the meat was piping hot when I bit into it.
I literally only took a few bites and threw it away.

Whoppers are delicious and easily customizable. French fries are good, but the onion rings dipped in their zesty sauce is great! The app adds points up easily and great options to redeem.

We were staying in the hotel by this Burger King, but we didn’t have a car. So we walked up to the Burger King window since the dining area was already closed. We got denied service and we were told that it is due to safety. There were no cars anywhere. I understand the concern for the safely of the customers, but the way it was handled was unwelcoming and rude. Especially considering that is not the official BK policy. We left frustrated and without food. Would not reccoment going there if you enjoy good customer service and positive demeanor.

Went in after church with my grandson. We ordered fine didn’t wait but a couple minutes. Was only a few people there. When the food was ready my grandson went to get it, they asked him what he was waiting on and he asked where our shakes were? They forgot about them. We waited at least 8-10 minutes for two shakes. Then for just a few costumers it was very loud, all coming from the kitchen. The food was over cooked as well.

Quality has fallen. Have enjoyed the flame broiled taste of the Whopper for decades. However, no longer and this was horrid. There is no flame kissed flavor in the patty. The tomato slices were unfit to be served unripe hard as rock slugs. Best part of the sandwich was the onions? Fries undercooked and cold. Friendly staff are at another location. I feel like there is a goal to eliminate any dine-in customers and it is working well.
