As soon as I pulled up to the drive-through speaker, I was immediately greeted with a warm and very welcoming lady. On the other end she took my order. Read it all back to me and I had me pull around immediately. Given me my total I pull up every employee that was on the front line. Come to the window greeted me asked how my day was a honestly was all around great I absolutely love the new management and the front worker. Brady always makes me feel welcome. My food was hot and fresh even after my 15mins drive home so I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!! Keep up the great work BK

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers that were cold and not made correctly. On top of that the woman at the window was yelling loudly at the other employees in the store

I swear every time i am in this store it takes 30 minutes to get my food. Food for a single person. The red haired lady that works here is very arrogant and acts like she does everything meanwhile nothing is getting done. She kept saying “I’m here to help” and then proceeds to not do anything.

How this place is still in business the world will never know. At this Burger King they really do have it their way. When I pulled up to the window the drive through worker had a half eaten burger sitting on the stainless steel table while making drinks. After 10 minutes of sitting at the window my whopper came and when I told the employee was without cheese I was growled at then after another 5 minutes my cold “whopper” with a pinch of lettuce, and two tiny tomatoes with nothing else arrived…

Went through the drive thru this evening to “what do you want?”
I used a code for the $30 meal deal on the app. When I pulled around, I handed the cashier a $100 bill. I was declined service and told “we don’t accept anything over a $50” I said that didn’t make sense to me. He then told me “you need to go to the BFS and get change.” Was told “we will get in trouble for taking that”
What is happening at BFS ran BK, where your employees are scared to accept LEGAL TENDER?!
Never have I EVER known of a business turning away cash. If you can break a $50 bill for a $5 order, you can surely break a $100 bill for $35!

How is this location still open? I would be embarrassed if I owned this place. Something is always broke or they are out of an item. Pretty sure the chicken is premade the week prior, because it was hard and tasted like it had been re-heated a few times. I got my sandwich then had to pull forward and wait on my drink. Yes you read that right I had to pull up and wait on my drink. Save time and go across the road and grab better quality food off of the gas station rollers.

First off, I don’t think this is the correct location. The Burger King is attached to the BFS Gas Station across from the Exxon “Black Bear Express”. That isn’t why I’ve given it 2 stars, though. All I ordered was an Impossible Whopper with cheese. 3 vehicles ordered after me, got their orders, & drove away before they brought mine out. Maybe its not that popular around here. Got the burger, opened the wrapper, & guess what isn’t there? Cheese. What part of Impossible Whopper with cheese did they not understand. I will even go further by telling you they asked if I wanted cheese on it AFTER I told them I did. Yet no cheese. I didn’t take it back in. I have cheese at home. Probably better cheese anyways. I get that everyone is stressed now, but how hard is it to hit the cheese button on a screen?
