Reviews
Every order I’ve received has been cold, and I mean completely cold — fries that taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour, burgers with unmelted cheese, and sandwiches that are room temperature at best. I’ve even tried going at different times of the day to see if it made a difference — lunch, dinner, even mid-afternoon — but the food is never fresh or hot.
What’s even more frustrating is that the staff don’t seem to care. There’s no apology, no offer to fix the problem, nothing. I once mentioned that my food was cold right after being handed to me, and the response was a shrug, like it wasn’t worth their time. The attitude from the employees makes the entire experience even worse.
It’s sad because Burger King used to be one of my favorite spots for a quick meal, but this location completely ruins that. I shouldn’t have to reheat my food at home after just going through the drive-thru. For what we’re paying these days, the least they could do is make sure the food is served fresh and warm, not stale and cold.
If management actually reads these reviews, I hope they take this seriously. It’s not about being picky — it’s about basic quality. Customers shouldn’t have to settle for cold food every single time. Until something changes, I won’t be coming back.
( Just don’t get their Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper!!
Poor onion ring count and barely warm )
