I literally waited a half hour in line at 7 pm before I even made it to the first window. Not to mention couldn’t even change our minds because there is no way to back out or move forward. Then get to the window and the woman couldn’t get the computer and register to work. I ordered 2 burgers and they were threw together so sloppily I almost didn’t want to eat it. All I’m saying is if ur in a hurry DO NOT GO HERE TO GET FOOD! And don’t expect any visual appeal when it comes to the food.

Honestly I used to despise BK.. ever since the Island opened 24/7 it’s become my go to ff. Prices are a bit extreme but the service for the last 3 months has been outstanding. The window cashier has been wonderful every time day or night. The food has been fresh and made exactly as it should be. Not a sloppy grease pile thrown into a wrapper like it used to be. And not once have I had to pull around and wait even at 2am which is very surprising given I had never been thru and not had to wait for something. That being because my son always orders some type of chicken. Even without the wait it’s been hot and fresh. There is one girl who works late night I think is excellent at her job. The manager lady the same. Honestly I just love the crews they’ve had the last few months. They do a superb job and actually seem to appreciate their job. Thank you!!

Burger King is always a decent place to go for meal. It’s certainly a hell of a lot better than McDonald’s. The key is to make sure that you’re operator franchisee actually cares about the business. I think in the past their problem has been the franchisees in some areas of gone rogue or don’t follow the rules.

I usually don’t have a problem here but the last 2 times I went I ordered a double cheeseburger but only got one patty… ordered cinni minis and didn’t get icing. Went back to get the order fixed, would be zero percent surprised if the woman spit in it.

I went to the Burger King in Wheeling, the service was great and the fries were fresh and hot! The inside was closed, but there is plenty of parking.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered a double whopper and when I got to my destination I opened my bag and my sandwich only had a bottom bun two slices of onion and two pickles on it nothing else plus the meat was bent sideways. The guy by the name John was the one making my sandwich. I only knew that because of the other man running the drive thru called out to him and I beleive he did something to my sandwich.

Not a huge deal, but 95% of the times I have been there, it doesn’t matter if your the ONLY car in the drive thru, they ask you to pull around and wait by the doors. It’s just strange. There is always random people hanging out around the building and/or in the parking lot.

I usually don’t have super high expectations for Burger King but my god this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband wasn’t even done ordering & Patricia cut my husband off & gave him the total. Rude! We ordered two 8 piece chicken fries with honey mustard. The bag says exactly that but that’s not even what we received. We got one order of the 8 piece chicken fries and two orders of some cheese bite things with sweet & sour sauce. I’m so confused as to how you can even mess that up but w.e. Also she seriously needs to work on her customer service or just work in the kitchen. I experienced the Gen Z stare for the first time… It was like nobody was home.

For the first time ever we didn’t have to wait on food in the drive thru. The gentleman was well spoken and easy to understand as well as knowledgeable of the menu and suggestive for replacements but not overly so. They were quick but we didn’t feel rushed and personable as he greeted us at the window. They even gave us an extra shake which was super cool given I spend over 200 a month there and never got even a fry for free. So that was cool. It usually sucks at any BK location but tonight they were great!! Good job crew!
