The sign clearly shows $1.99 for 8 chicken nuggets, but you get charged $2.49 at the window. The first time this happened, the clerk seemed surprised and so I let it go. However here I am at least 3 weeks later and the same thing happens again. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that prices had gone up and the board hadn’t been updated yet—and she claimed to have no control over that change. To add insult the young man who was working the window muttered something about why did we come back to BK if we knew this price problem existed—a comment and attitude that didn’t help matters. How long will this continue to go on?

The worst BK ever stood at counter almost 10 min before even being acknowledged. Watched them microwave 4 cheeseburgers sent out in drive thru. Multiple employees yet not one seem havecany customer service skills no hello etc after being looked at 3 times while continuing to bag door dash and drive thru orders 10 min later you want to place order. No warming lights on fries or onion rings. Onion rings put into my bag cold and old sitting until my impossible burger which was somehow cold in middle extra onions when asked lite onions. Working for BK in past this isn’t what we were taught counter customers be greeted and tended too acknowledged at least even if busy which 2 cars in drive thru isn’t busy and when are you to microwave anything. Store needs be cleaned and staff needs proper customer service and food training.

I ordered 20 chicken sandwiches and 20 cheese burgers and they served them quickly. I didn’t eat them but fed others so I can’t give them anything but 5 stars the whole way

Fairly fast service, not the most friendly staff, but they aren’t rude either. Sometimes it’s could be cleaner, but overall a good place to grab a quick bite of food. My orders are almost always accurate as well.

04/03/23 My wife and I after a long day with 3 medical appointments were tired and hungry. We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and 2 bacon melts whoppers were not even half wrapped and cheese hanging half off the bacon melts looked as if they were tossed at the wrappers from a distance and caught in the bottom of the bag the only excuse I believe is the employee may be blind cause if they aren’t they need some training or something

My Whopper was deplorable. It had 1 leaf of lettuce, 2 strands of onion. It at least had 2 slices of tomato. It looked so much like a regular hamburger when I unwrapped it that I immediately opened the bun to see if there was actually anything on it other than a meat patty. Nothing like the picture menu. As far as service, i ordered a meal the counter person then asked if I wanted to make it a meal, to which I replied “yes” But still got charged individually for sandwich, fries and drink

My son and I go there almost every single day. He loves the croissants with ham and egg and cheese and I’m particularly satisfied with double cheeseburgers. The staff here are phenomenal! This is the only Burger King I will go to because of that.
