Went yesterday and haven’t had a fresh whipped like they’re serving in YEARS! Went back today during a rain delay in baseball at Shawnee & nailed it again. Used the restrooms & they were very clean! Two thumbs up to the management & crew at this fast food location. It’s hard to find quality fast food but if I’m in need I’ll come here.

I was the only person in the drive thru and ordered a double whopper with cheese with everything on it…. got halfway home only to find out that all they put on it was 2 tomatoes…. More and more these days it seems when you want a simple burger put together properly you’re going to need a rocket scientist to do it because a whole team of fast food workers can’t get it right for the only customer they have at the time… ~

Visited on 11/7/18 at 5:45 pm. We were served a whopper that had MOLDY tomatoes on it. I called about it since we were already home and they asked us to bring it back which is 30 min round trip for us, but we did it. Upon our return, the BK manager, Tonya, wanted to argue with me that it was a “bad spot” on a tomato when it was CLEARLY mold. I told her a “bad spot” wouldn’t have spread to the other tomato and it certainly would NOT have the appearance of MOLD. She did not apologize once during this time and she had a different person (who was just a crew member and not a manager) complete my refund!
