Great experience with the drive in crew. I unfortunately had a hair in my mozzarella sticks and had to go back. I ended up asking for a sandwich upgrade and offered to pay the difference of $.50 or so but was given it for free for my inconvenience with a smile. The food is normally great from here and I will continue to go here.

Only problem I have is when we get to the drive thru window. There’s a girl that’s always there and prepare the orders. She eats the fries has she prepare meals. Not cool at all.

There was a very sweet lady upfront I didn’t get her name! She’s from a different store just working there! She’s took all three of my family’s orders with the nicest attitude! Our food came out extremely fast. Asked for sauce and a bag her an another coworker were happy to help! She even had a conversation with me! Very professional and she told us goodbye! This lady deserves something haven’t been treated that well in a long time eating out was here at 5:30 pm on August 24.

I originally asked for our order to be eat in and before the order was ready, I asked them to go ahead and put it in a bag as I was working doing a delivery service and had an order come through and had to leave. They acted like I had asked them to cancel our order and get a refund.. they were a little rude and the manager kinda just threw the bag on the counter when it was ready. The food was good but the fries were old.

Photo of some of the 8 employees standing around and kabitzing, ignoring super long line for drive-in. Same inside. Two people were already waiting disgustedly for their order and I was only customer at the vacant register, as the fellow was in back talking with the 2 prep persons instead of waiting on customers on the register. Manager must be ineffective to let this all persist.
Good deals (especially, using the app) on the food and well made and tasty, but this waiting and waiting is for the birds. It’s not “fastfood”, but, “painfully slooooow food”. It’s upsetting and not a very good customer experience. Expect to get upset with this place if you go here.
1/29/26: UPDATED REVIEW: I gave this store another chance to see if there were positive changes. Service: I was greeted by the cashier and she politely said she’d be right with me. She took my order in a friendly, efficient manner.
FOOD: I got a basic double cheeseburger and small fries and small drink. The food came out in a reasonable time. The burger was OK. But, it seems Burger King went to a manufactured French Fry. YUK! They were very light & almost airy. They tasted nothing like potato’s. I’m sure this was done as some sort of corporate cost saving measure. In all honesty, I think these are the worst fries I ever had in my 74 years. I will never order them again! Quite frankly, they were the pits. Overall, I’ll change the rating to 3.5 stars.

Ordered a double whopper no mayo and no cheese. The first burger I got was a single whopper. Took it back and got a double whopper with cheese. Took that one back and got another single whopper but this one had mayo on it. After the 3rd try I gave up and asked for my money back. I’ll probably not go there again.

Everything was fresh and hot It didn’t take a long time. The calling the ingredients on all fast food is really gone downhill I’m much rather pay more money for a better quality product. I don’t make those decisions though and if they made a better quality product and they charged more people probably wouldn’t come eat it so. It’s like they say you’re looking for the best that you can get for the least amount of money.
