This is about the Burger King in Buena Vista Virginia. I live in the neighboring town of Glasgow. On 5/10 I drove to BK and arrived a little before 8pm. They were closed. MY THIRD TIME. I could see staff inside. The supposed manager was sitting outside on his phone. He said they ran out of burgers? Okay so you don’t have any fries or chicken or onion rings. It is inconvenient to drive all the way there to find out they’re closed. The second and third time I did call each time and no one ever answered the phone. Each time I ended up driving to Lexington to get my Burger King. Moving forward I just won’t even bother going there very bad service.

Long wait in line at the drive thru but once I ordered it was great! I always have a special order because I’m such a picky eater. So I ordered my original chicken sandwich plain. I was very pleased to see that it was plain when I received it! That hardly ever happens!

Raphine VA BK is not the best. Very slow on orders. They never have enough help. The drive thu is closed most days. I sat in the drive thu thinking they were open bc of other cars, nope I sat along with other cars not knowing they were already closed for 10 minutes.

Incredibly slow. I don’t think the cashier that took my order understood what words are or what food they served. She seemed confused about what a whopper was? They completely messed up my order, I guess you don’t get your way. Then when I returned the order they took 10 minutes just to give me my money back. If this is the level Burger King holds there standards to I will never visit another. Garbage service and food. Btw I returned the order not only because it was incorrect but because I wouldn’t feed that garbage they served to my dog
