Big shoutout to Burger King associate Serenity, she was very kind. She made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. Serenity went above and beyond, she made sure that me and my family each had a crown and helped us to fit them to our rather large heads. When we arrived, she said “thank you for choosing Burger King, where YOU rule!” That statement alone made my night. I would like to thank the staff at fort chiswell burger king for being positive and kind through my whole experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

The staff were very friendly. And I was impressed with the level of safety measures taken. Many tables were blocked off (with Christmas wrapping paper) to help enforce social distancing. And I saw them diligently clean the tables after customers finished their meals.

They messed up what I wanted on my burger, the onion rings were cold, and about 1/4 of my chicken fries were missing. They told me to park next to the window in the parking spot to make corporate like their drive thru times. It’s obvious the store needs more employees and motivated employees. Stand up for yourself. The only way you’ll get your boss to care is if you hurt the company profits.

I had a good experience here. Small and seemingly clean inside. Everyone that worked here seemed to nice. The foot came out quick and tasted good. I tried the new impossible whopper. It tasted very good, and I think it’s a good new alternative for people that want to try something else. All in all I recommend.

Wow … I don’t know where to start. Bad is not a terrible enough word. The place was filthy on a Sunday afternoon. See the pictures. Almost everything was out of stock …. no straws, no lids for regular or small drink cups, no ketchup containers, and 3 of the drink selections were only sitting out carbonated water (syrup was empty). Ordered a Whopper meal with cheese. Bread was stale, whopper was luke warm. Fries were horribly overcooked to the point of extra crispy brown and inedible. The one person who was working the cash register was friendly. There were 1 additional lady and 1 man working the back doing the cooking. Wait time was about 5 minutes for meal. Trash was over flowing. I would NOT recommend this place.

I am extremely worried about my health now, to thw point im almost not going to eat this food. Two of the four employees back there were coughing uncontrollably, and one of the other, she put her fingers under her paints wasteband!
