We were told at the window they were “dropping them fresh” and the Literally microwaved the jalapeno bites in the box in the microwave. Do better Burger King. You can’t tell me that doesn’t look gross. And they We’re literally stuck to the bottom and half cold still.

This past Saturday I called burger king to see what time they closed. The manager i believe ” not sure his name” told me that closed when I called. Within one minute everyone else around was closed. So they were packed and closed and he was still nice enough to let me place an order and get food all while already being slammed and trying to close and most people nowadays don’t care. So I appreciate them being thoughtful and nice. He could’ve easily sad sorry but we’re closed and can’t help you. So tell this manager his definitely appreciated.

Drive-thru attendant was awesome; he was respectful, quick and efficient. Food was delivered hot and as ordered. No issues. Overall, I’d say the quality is a 3 – high end of average for fast food. As a reference, the food was ordered on a Saturday around 8:35pm.

Prices continue to climb and portions continue to get smaller. Ive never been there when I want pulled forward and made to wait on my food. And they’re not busy is the thing. But this is the new norm for all day food these days.

Place was horrible. Ordered online and they didnt have it until ten minutes later just for her to tell me it’s been done after she said it wasn’t. 3 chicken sandwiches simple, no.. one with extra lettuce and the others with none. The one with no lettuce had extra extra lettuce in it and the 2 had a ton of mayonnaise food was cold and service was rude. Waited 5 minutes for a worker to come to the desk to ask what he could do for me.

By FAR the best customer service anywhere! These employees go above and beyond to be friendly, helpful and smile! I don’t even like burger king’s food the best but I keep going back because of the amazing customer service! Shout out to the am crew, they know me by name and always make my day! Keep doing an amazing job!!!! Y’all are even nicer than the Christian chicken and that’s hard to top!!!!!

We made an order online and went to pick it up. We had a receipt for it and everything, just for them to tell us they “didn’t have an order” when we literally order off the website.. took our money and never got the food.
