Extremely poor customer service but most employees. The food is standard Burger King quality so I assume the cooks are a lot better than the front of the house. The manager Richard was completely oblivious and rude himself, so how could you expect those under him to think it is acceptable to treat customers. Richard and the lead have no business being in any form of employment that involves dealing with the public. I don’t expect fine dining quality customer service from a fast food restaurant but this place strives hard to lower the minimum standards.

Quite possibly the worst Burger King ive ever been to, didnt even taste right. I was just passing through so by the time I realized I didnt get cheese on my burgers and they tasted off I was 20 miles north so no since in going back.

Employees were upset about customers coming in at 11:22pm to get food, and could hear them complaining about other people pulling up as we waited for our food. Seems like they decided to burn part of the hamburger because they were having a bad time, so I appreciate my money being wasted here tonight on food I paid for because your employees decided to be petty. Do better. If you don’t like your job, quit.

We love this burger king! Usually going through the drive thru, we hardly have to wait long and the food is always good and the orders correct. The staff is always polite and friendly, it’s definitely our favorite go to fast food place in & around Hillsville.

It’s worth your time to stop by for some well prepared food. My order went thru easy and the food came out quick!!! The staff were presentable and courteous. The drive-thru was clean. The parking lot wasn’t trash. The onion rings and french fries always taste like they keep the fryer oil changed. I’ve never received a bad burger from here. Always perfectly cooked. The vegetables on the Whoppers are always crisp and fresh. All this talking about delicious food is making me want to stop by now and get a full belly. Keep up the fantastic work everyone. Us customers really appreciate all yall hard work!!

Stopped by while on the way to the airport and they have great customer service here. Friendly cashier & person who handed food. God bless and thank you — chicken nuggets were actually good here. Some BK’s it isn’t.

Sorry to say, two of us in our group had to throw away our sandwiches they tasted funny…very soggy. The tables weren’t the cleanest. I ordered onion rings and had to take them back as they were luke warm. The next batch were just as cold. We at least made memories of thr worst BK we’ve ever been to. Our cashier was sweet. Her boss, not so much.
