y correct food order. Not much to ask for since you had no problem taking my money as soon as the order was placed! This is a picture if a chicken sandwich which was to be plain covered in mustard and lettuce. I was missing a 2nd chicken sandwich and both order of fries where cold!

NOTHING fast about this fast food place. Stopped on our way home on a 7hour trip Nd ended up taking 20 mins in the drive through w literally ONLY 1 person ahead of us. They claimed there was only 1 person in the kitchen but we saw more then 1. There is no excuse for “FAST food” to be incredibly slow. The burgers & fried weren’t even hot!

Drive-Thru after bingo mind you it was probably 20 minutes till close. the cashier was great the food was okay fries weren’t as hot as I like them but again it was 20 minutes still closing. I didn’t realize how expensive fast food is these days. it’s a rarity for me. overall I’d eat there again in a pinch.

The workers are usually friendly but the order is usually wrong. We only get a chicken bacon sandwich meal(bacon, chicken, and bun only) with fries and a sprite and 8 piece nuggets. On occasion. It’s wrong about half of the time. It’s not the worst thing to have a complaint about at a food place but for parents of kids with sensory issues – it is an important thing to know. I’ve never been inside, we just drive thru for our son when we get Chinese.

Today 11=05-19 ordered 3 whoppers with cheese, guess what? Got home , no cheese on our whoppers we paid for. Pics posted and receipt.
Will take survey and maybe call manager. No sense in paying for cheese and we didn’t even get it. Tomatoes are green. Come on we didn’t order green hard tomatoes. I definitely would not serve customers stuff like this.
Always the best coupons out of all the fast food restaurants. Always good food here. I like going here for fast food I never get bad fries lol that’s so important to me in fast food! Please keep sending good coupons out to customers like you do BK.

Ordered two croissants through drive through and got one biscuit and one croissant. Couldn’t turn around to go back to complain. I have posted a photo of the receipt so maybe you can inform them to double check orders. Also hash rounds need to be made to order they were cold and old? Thanks. Took away one star from earlier review because you should get what you pay for an food should be hot and fresh as least half way.

I’m going to make a long story short.
I ordered no salt fries and what I got was a very small order of fries that had been dropped into the frying grease. I’ve included a picture.
The order taker was very pleasant and patient. It took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted.

Picked up food tonight for my family members that was in hospital. When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,
