On 2/13/26 around 9-9:30pm, I was picking up a DoorDash order at the Lebanon restaurant. When I politely relayed a customer request, the manager raised her voice and behaved in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. I remained calm, but the interaction was hostile, inappropriate which unfortunately led me to canceling the order.

I have never had a bad experience here! The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. One employee named Jack always goes above and beyond for the customers and shows so much kindness. He honesty makes the experience so much better!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Burger King was just too much. What appeared to be the manager, the female with blond hair and glasses, was incredibly rude to the staff. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. She snapped at the workers in front of customers and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
That being said, some of the employees were really nice. A tall boy with long dark hair was super polite and made sure I got the right order. Another tall boy with blond hair and glasses was also really kind—he even apologized for the wait, even though it wasn’t his fault. And there was a shorter boy with curly hair who seemed really friendly and upbeat, which was refreshing given how tense the atmosphere was in the restaurant. Honestly, if it weren’t for them, this would’ve been a completely awful experience. They deserve better leadership.

This was one of the most horrible experiences with customer service I have ever even heard of. Went through drive thru, was recognized at the speaker and asked to wait. Proceeded to wait over 10 minutes while saying “hello” a couple of different times. Only customer there btw. Then, went inside to order. Staff looked at me and every one of them went to the back of the store. I waited another 10 put minutes and yelled “hello”. I left and called the store. The lady that answered interrupted me as I was explaining what happened and yelled and cursed at me tell me her staff done their job, the she hung the phone up. Called back and same lady answered. I asked who the manager was. She held the phone out and spoke with another worker, came back on and said, I don’t have that information and then hung the phone back up as I started speaking again. I then proceeded to call the store 10 times and phone went unanswered.

The beautiful Ashley at the window this evening that had so much patience taking my family’s big order. made sure we had everything we needed that our order was right. Very kind spoken I’m very in impressed with her manners. She deserves a promotion or a money raise. Wow!! 2 whopper combos with onion rings drinks and a slice of pie for $16 using walmart+ discount. This could have been a $30-$35 meal easily at a place like Applebee’s. Burgers were HUGE and tasted excellent. The guy at the counter greeted me by name from mobile order, and was a total sweetheart. I wish I had snapped pic of the food but didnt.
