Mediocre trip to Burger King on a quick stop while passing through. Fries were cold and so was the burger.. not sure how that was possible. Atleast with enough ketchup and mayo anything is edible. Stopped in on a Monday evening at like 8pm.

I have to wait over 20 minutes every single time I come here for a pickup order. Every. Single. Time. It said it would be ready at 3:26. It’s 3:43 and I’m not even at the window yet. I have had nothing but problems from this location. I had hoped it’d be better after the renovation but I guess yall kept the same staff. I can’t come here for lunch breaks anymore because I always end up losing out on money because I just have to leave. This is ridiculous.

If I could give a zero for this location, then I would. Hateful attitude from the girl behind the counter. Not one person at the counter when I arrived. Waited 5 min and a good line formed behind me but still no one comes to wait on inside customers.
I ask, when can I get waited on, and the girl screams at me, ” cant you see what Im doing!” Meaning, she was only waiting on drive thru and every customer at the inside line was effectively told, ” your not important enough to wait on,” with her statement. I turned and left saying,” theres 3 Mcds in Abg, Ill go there!” Two others behind me also walked out.
Its a far cry from how this location used to be managed by a more mature manager.This BK Fast food has Prioritized there drive thru to rank and put in filthy kiosks for you to self serve and spread all the germs with everyones fingers touching those screens. Its too bad as this lication used to have a big dine in customer base!

If I could leave ZERO stars i would have. I should have read the reviews first. All our food was COLD!!! It is my own fault for not checking; all my special orders we done wrong. Do not go here even if you are STARVING! Called manager for a refund only ti be lied to about a drawer change and giving the food back once they saw we were outta state.

This was the worst burger king I have ever been to. They took forever to get my order down and had to restart 4 times. We got up to the window and received our food and then sat in front of the window for at least 10 minutes trying to ask for sauce. The lady looked at us multiple times and ignored us. A manager then came and gave us our sauces and slammed the window in our face. Must have some pretty low requirements to work there. WORST BK EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Probably worst experience I’ve encountered in customer service, crazy part was it was the manager on duty. He didn’t have a name tag or I’d say his name. I had ordered my food online, 15 minutes later I show up to give them time, due to past experience pretty slow. I told a lady I had an order online she try to tell the manager and he waves her on, why? He just tried to give my order to someone else so I was 100% sure my order was finished. When he decided to give me my order I see him throw my burger in the microwave to warm it up. My food wasn’t good, I still ate it cause I was hungry and didn’t want to wait longer of food. He stressed so hard when he wasn’t making food at all, pure lazy, unreliable, unfocused and lacks responsibility. Do better

I just stopped at this burger king to get breakfast. I decided to go to the bathroom first. While I was in there one of their employees used the bathroom and walked out without washing their hands. Needless to say I did NOT get breakfast there!

Everyone was just sanding around, and I still had to wait for someone to come over to the front counter.
On top of that, my Wapper was cold and dry, which means the meat it had been in the Steamer Ben too long, and they did not per heat the burger in the microwave before adding everything else.
I did not say anything because I know it was just going to turn off bad, so I just trash it.
I was there on Friday 22, 2024 @ 11:45 am. for lunch.

First, automated bathroom, fail, lights shut off after 3 minutes if your using a stall, sink buttons are stupid ,you have to constantly hold to wash your hands, then there’s the ” prison ” looking remodel ,no coffee at 1:00 pm , then a medium fry is now a small, BK is going down hill fast…..
