We just picked up this order. Got home and after a couple bites into the whopper, my stomach began to cramp really bad and I started vomiting and diarrhea!!! My husband opens the sandwich and sees rotten lettuce and red meat!!! And a patch of salt and pepper falls from the middle of the sandwich!!! The fries were old and hard!!! This place is nasty and needs to be shut down!!! Absolutely disgusting and you will be getting my hospital bill!!!

This is a three star across the board. I have been here lots of times across 20 years and it is generally always like this. Today’s visit is no exception. It was average. Food was decent, and my Whopper tasted good, but the fries were floppy and somewhat burnt. Service wasn’t particularly noteworthy, just average. The place is clean, however and has lots of places to sit and eat with a crowd.
It’s an okay restaurant, you may get greatness or garbage. Up to when you go.

The worst experience I’ve had with fast food. Pulled me to the side, then completely forgot about me. Gave me cold food, with items missing from my order. I did a mobile order to make it quicker and boy was I wrong. I am livid. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPIRENCE!!! The people who were working were unapologetic and could seem to care less that they had made mistakes. It was just ridiculous. 40 minutes waiting for my food, and just awful customer service.

Gotta love this post covid era where they gonna take their time and do not care how long you sit and wait. Management no longer cares, upper management no longer cares, trickles down to the workers when there is no repercussion for doing the literal least you can during your shift. Run from this place unless you feel like sitting in your car for 45 minutes to get the crappiest food at insane prices.

My food sat on the front counter for 20 minutes before it was handed to me. They told me I had to wait for whopper meat, but the guy behind me got his 3 whoppers before me. Meanwhile, cold onion rings suck!!! Worst Burger King in the state! Square burgers on round buns sound much better

My mozzarella fries had ZERO PULL, they were stale and HORRIBLY uncooked.
Mind you, they also gave us the wrong drink and the lady serving was so rude I thought I was gonna have to take the kitchen into my own hands.
Shut this establishment down.

Almost 30 minutes waiting for my app order, which had nothing special in it. A little busy, but not too bad.
They took a bunch of orders at the register, and a bunch of orders in the drive through, after I came in, but they still served them first.

They do not know how to manage their time with customers and getting their orders correctly. They have a very slow service when it comes to ordering. The parking lot needs an update just like the building did

I recently visited the BK on church street in Martinsvile and had a generally positive experience but I believe their team can benefit from some more training.. I ordered a whopper with cheese, large combo, onion rings, and coke, but received a whopper without cheese and fries instead of onion rings. Upon returning to the drive thru, they were quick to correct the order, however, I still got fries. After bringing it to their attention, they kindly provided me with onion rings, but unfortunately, they were cold and a little bit hard. I went inside.. when I spoke to a manager about my experience, she mentioned, “There’s no way the onion rings are not fresh because they are hand breaded every morning with fresh onions.” While I appreciate the sentiment, I know that many fast food items, like BK onion rings, are pre processed. She graciously offered me fresh onion rings along with an apology, and I appreciate her gesture of giving me a Hershey pie as compensation. She also mentioned BK Hershey pies are made with “a top secret blend of premium chocolate” and they’re not available anywhere else, they’re a BK exclusive. While I enjoy the pie, I think it will be beneficial for them to share more accurate info, as it is a widely distributed dessert and uses standard commercial ingredients. (The Hershey pie is actually the Edwards chocolate creme pie)
My visit had its challenges but i do appreciate them overall.. I hope these insights can help improve the service in the future.
