The store was exceptionally clean and very orderly. The staff were incredibly professional and the food was fresh.

Zero if I could. Incompetent people working here. I said please and thank you but they still couldn’t do a simple task. I repeated myself multiple times. 2 times I come here and ask for extra cheese and they don’t do it.

Careful eating here, they obviously aren’t doing enough in sales to support the restaurant which means the cleanliness and safety standards are also lacking. Successful locations don’t have to treat condiments like they’re coming out of their paychecks when a customer asks for 2 of them.

They never get the orders right and can’t be bothered to answer their phone. I called 10 times in a row in order for them to answer.
Then when I tell them my order was wrong she asked what was wrong with it, I told her it was missing a fry.
Normally whenever a meal is wrong you comp the meal but apparently they only replace that specifc item. Nevermind the inconvenience of the meal being wrong or having to go back and get the fry or the gas it takes to do that OR the fact that I had to call 10 times in order to get someone to pick up the phone.

Do NOT place mobile orders here! This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited. I arrived to pick up a mobile order through the drive through and waited 40+ minutes in the drive through. The line moves at a speed of about 2 cars every 20 minutes—this is a regular occurrence here. Once I got to the window and got my food I could tell it had been sitting for the entire 40+ minutes. Plus the dude at the window was like “oh yea that bag been done just go ahead and throw the pie in there.” Milkshake was the consistency of water, fries were hard stale and cold, watered down soda. I went inside to get everything remade but could not get service after standing and waiting for 10 minutes. The irony is I literally live 2 minutes from here, I should be able to place my pick up order and get it hot and fresh and make it home with it still hot. Everything was cold as soon as I received it. How is this place still open?

I would like to shoutout the manager working at this location on Thursday 30 October 2025. This location was super short-staffed (people called off etc.) and obviously things were running slow as a result. Dude took a lot of abuse from customers, but he kept his composure the whole time. I work in the service industry, and nights like this happen. It sucks to work these nights, but the dude kept his calm. Have a little grace for the service industry when stuff like this happens.

This place is hit and miss at tje most! I live directly across the street and when my husband ca.e home the fries were literally COLD! WHY do these places think you gonna pay for food and just eat it when it’s not right? Maybe I should go serve them a cold lunch on their break. This really burns me up as a consumer.

Can y’all shout out the names of people that made a mobile order when it’s ready for pick up so the person waiting for their food isn’t sitting there looking stupid while their food is sitting there on a cart the whole time?
Or at least make it so the App actually updates and tells us that our food is ready to pick up so we know to ask?

They are very nasty I bite into my sandwich just to bite into a date dot and then when I asked for a refund the suppose to be headman of franchise tells me to bring food from last night back to the store that’s nasty no restaurant is supposed to take back food that’s been passed out trifling but okay I said I don’t never wanna eat from there again he said well I need my receipt to do a refund but he knows they don’t give out receipts at all never so I told him he can look at the time I was there and pull up my receipt he lies and says the system don’t work that way so when yall don’t give a customer their receipt and they ask for it how do yall go back and look for it? Yall can keep that $33.14 I will never ever eat there again don’t non work drinks water down they never have tea made just need to be closed down at night pitiful
