It was 9P.M. and we were the only customers they had. Placed our order through the drive through. Pulled up to first window a paid for our order was asked to pull up to the next window to wait for our order, which we did for 15 to 20 minutes before we received our order. We did not have a large or complex order nor were there any special requests with our order to explain the amount of time it took to get our food. After waiting all that time for our food we really expected it to be to hot to handle but surprisingly it was barely warm. So much for the slogan “HAVE IT YOUR WAY”

the lady on the drive-thru window was super sweet. we got 2 kids meals and they didn’t have the toys to go with them. so I had 2 disappointed kids, but they ate the food and said it was good.

Horrible slow service. I had one person in front of me in the drive-thru at 7pm. Ordered two for $5 (whopper and original chicken sandwich), small onion rings and two $1 chocolate shakes.
Never even acknowledged me at the first window, until I went ahead and pulled up to the second window then they frantically waved their hands for me to backup. Paid, got the shakes and pulled up to the open second window again. After 20 minutes, they tried to give me the food for the car behind me. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes and she said “be careful with the onion rings. They just came out and that’s what took so long.
Well, after being a restaurant general manager for 7 years I know pretty well that no fryer based food takes over 5 minutes to cook. Not 35 minutes. But on top of that, I was starving so I went ahead and grabbed a couple of onion rings. Lukewarm at best. Really more COLD than warm but absolutely not fresh.
There were also zero customers inside. So in a time period where a professional restaurant would have literally served SEVENTY drive through orders (30 seconds each), they managed to serve me and the truck behind me. And I saw 3 cashiers, 5 kitchen team members and an assistant or shift manager, basically walking around extremely slowly (one of the first things you learn in restaurant management is to work with a sense of urgency. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant. But if you have lazy, slow and unprofessional managers, everyone else will be lazy and slow as well.
Been trying not to leave negative reviews lately, but for this place I’ve gotta say STAY AWAY IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR “FAST FOOD”. It’s no easy feat, but I think in my 50 years, this has now taken the prize for the slowest most unprofessional restaurant I’ve had the misfortune of eating at. I absolutely will not EVER return to this location and this is two bad Burger King experiences in two weeks. So I love the 2 for $5 promotion but I might be taking some time off from the King after this one.
I should say, however, that the girl who tried to give me the wrong order (there were only two customers and they managed to give both the wrong food. Wow). But she was actually pretty pleasant even though she lied absolutely about why it took so long and making fresh onion rings. I used to feel horrible when our 1.5 minute late timer would go off in my drive thru’s, so I’m sure they were at least aware that the time was over 30 minutes during the last hour of the dinner rush. But I’m equally sure their drive thru service timers were completely disabled because it would have been making a constant insane amount of noise after just 5 minutes sitting at the window.
In any event, it says something about the place that it’s the closest fast food restaurant to Virginia State University and at 7pm on a Friday night, only two customers pulled in to the parking lot for 30 minutes! Most restaurants serve hundreds through the drive thru every hour during the 5-8pm rush. The local residents must already know. It’s also on a corner with two hundred plus apartment complexes and literally no other fast food within several miles. But none of those people even bother trying the place.

This BK location takes their sweet time. Every time I order from this location takes 30 mins plus just for two burgers even with no one in the drive through. And to top it all off, you wait that long and come to find out they messed up your order. This place is horrible!

This place is trash falling apart under staffed ordered spicy whopper melt was given a single patty with a pile of lettuce on top. When I got home and noticed the food was entitled wrong I drove back to correct it and was told that location doesn’t have spicy whopper melts. When asked why I was made some random sandwich I was again told they don’t have the ingredients. Why tf did you make me a random sandwich then? Got my money and wouldn’t give me a refund. Food was also cold like they just used what they had already sitting there all day. Also clipped the identifying store number off the top of the receipt I’m assuming in an attempt to prevent me from complaining or so they could falsify their own survey experience, most likely both. GM needs to step in and fix the problems here or close this site down. 1 star because they got my drink right

STAY AWAY! Wish I could give them 0 stars!! Absolute WORST fast food experience at this location! Staff had bad attitudes. Very long wait time, over 10 mins just for some nuggets that were gross! They messed up the order TWICE for just something so simple. Will never visit them again. Maybe another BK but definitely not this one!

The staff was nice and the food was decent. Buns were dry they crumbled up like they were old. Ordered mozzarella sticks and was given Buffalo Sauce instead of Marinara.. should’ve went down the road to find a McDonald’s. ♂️

This particular Burger King is absolutely the worst, EVER!! It all started when I ordered the Whopper Combo super-sized. However, what I received was an order of large French Fries which was the size of McDonald’s small-sized fries. (And) to add insult to injury, the burger was so freakin’ soggy and flat that it looked more like a pancake with tons of syrup. If you want my advice, PLEASE stay away from this particular Burger King. The ONLY bright spot about my visit to this Burger King was the young lady who took my order. She was extremely professional and very helpful.

In the past, I’ve really this Burger King. Friendly employees and good food. Have been here twice in the past 2 weeks. Havent1 seen a single employee wearing mask or gloves. And the one waiting on me was scratching her head! A breeding ground for contamination. Won’t return.

This is the worst. I ordered a Whopper, it was cold. The employee had a nonchalant attitude. You could hear customer yelling for assistance at the drive through, but the employees merely ignored them and sashayed through the restaurant. Again, the worst location yet! They don’t deserve a zero rating. SMH
