Highly disappointed. Drove 20 mins just to get a whopper and some cheeseburgers. And it was horrible. Onion rings were already sitting in the drainer when I walked in, BEFORE ordering anything. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers a whopper Jr meal, mo tomates, with onion rings and a sweet tea! Whopper was cold, meat looked old, onion rings were cold and stiff. I hadn’t tasted the sweet tea or the cheeseburgers yet. I went in, asked for a new Whopper and onion rings. Got a new Whopper, onion rings were dropped fresh, with no timer. By the time the onion rings were pulled up, they were smokey, dark and over cooked. Cheeseburgers were ordered with no mustard and no pickles. Got mustard and pickles. Sweet tea was watered down. $25 was WASTED and we will never return to any Burger King. Waited all that time to eat a whopper, and I had to spend an additional almost $20 just to feed my son. Wasted so much money and time at Burger King.

From the outside, this Burger King is not the kind of place we’d usually stop. We were feeling adventurous. It’s in an awkward spot; the area’s a little rough, and there are interesting people around outside. Honestly, the Walmart app has a free Whopper deal this month, so we gave it a try.
It was Friday around 4:30 p.m., and my son and I were already dreading the traffic on Highway 58. We don’t eat fast food much, but we were hungry and had time to kill. But if we do, I always go inside. We walked in and were helped quickly. We ordered one Whopper (free, thanks to the app) and some mozzarella sticks. I wasn’t expecting much, but the food came out fresh, hot, and honestly better than I imagined. We shared the meal since I already had dinner planned at home, along with homemade oatmeal cookies.
The service wasn’t perfect, but it was fine. The real surprise was watching a young man come in to apply for a job. An employee came from the back, asked him a few polite questions about his availability, and told him the hiring manager would be in touch. It was quick, respectful, and professional.
All in all, this was a good stop in a place I never thought I’d recommend. Fresh food, decent service, and a reminder that sometimes you have to look past the outside.

Pick-up order was ready in reasonable and quoted time as indicated in app. Food was hot and well cooked, not overdone as some other BKs have done. Food order was accurate and pricing was better than some other fast food options.

They got my drive-through order wrong yet again… and for the last time. Instead of the burger I ordered, I received this micro burger that looks it was meant for very small children. I’ve had enough, I’m not going back to Burger King anymore.
I’m upset about it, but I’m mostly disappointed. I’m not going to drive back to the restaurant to ask them to fix their mistake because, frankly, I don’t think they will. I’m not in the habit of going Karen-mode on low wage employees. It wouldn’t accomplish anything as this is an upper management issue.
Fast food restaurants grew because they offered affordable food quickly. Now it’s not even affordable. Burger King has made a lot of poor choices in an effort to make more money, and it’ll hurt the business in the long run.
I’d like to say I’m going to McDonalds now, but they too have the same problem: Overpriced micro burgers that are terrible. Next time, I’ll just make a burger at home from scratch. It may be slower, but it’s cheaper, larger, and higher quality.

I come to this location regularly to get lunch. Everything is always super hot and fresh I’ve had a few average burgers from this place but I’ve never had a bad one. I genuinely go out of my way to come to this location because I know I’ll get a good burger Whoppers have a lot of nostalgia for me so I really appreciate it that I know if I want to treat myself the food won’t be bad.

I tried the brisker whopper and it was a joke. On TV you can actually see the brisket. When you buy it and see it in person, the amount of brisket is so small you can’t see the brisket unless you lift the bun and there it is…a thin sheet of brisket. Never again.

I don’t know what happened to this place but it really sucks now . The food used to be fresh and prepared properly. I ordered a double whopper and received two overcooked beef patties so dry I could not swallow it without taking a drink first. The vegetables were disgusting and the bun was burnt to a char. Not to mention that my nasty sandwich actually looked like someone sat on it before it was given to me as well! The food has potential to be good with competent employees preparing it!!!
