Put in a mobile order for drive through
It said that it was supposed to be ready at 12:07 but I didn’t get the food until 30 mins after.
I asked but they had a rush but still took care of other customers still have me waiting
Then I seen the manager asked the cook about The food like three times still nothing, but once I got my food, the burgers was soggy for the whopper. I asked for no onion there’s onion. Everything was cold. The impossible work burger was burnt at the bottom. This was not a good experience at all.

First visit to this new Burger King for lunch and I must say that it did not disappoint. Its conveniently located right off interstate 664. I quickly ordered my meal via drive-thru. I ordered a Double Whopper meal and a Bacon Double Stacker. Food was pipping hot and fresh. Order was made exactly like I asked. Staff was very friendly. Definitely worth a try. Check them out

Came through the drive-through Sunday, January 11, 2025, and the young lady that was working in the drive-through window was rude because she gave me a medium combo when I paid for a large combo. The time was around 9:15 when I came and she gave me old hash browns. If you don’t like your job quit! There’s no reason to be evil to someone who did nothing to you!

Burnt fries/ hash browns. The sandwich looked and tasted like it was made hours ago and stacked with others and thrown to me. they put way too much ice in their drinks I poured my soda out to see how much they gave me in my LARGE it was 6 ounces 6!!! That oil in the fryer needs to be replaced. Do better Eeeeyuck! You have been told this several times

I came here this morning for breakfast. I went through the drive thru and got a sausage egg and cheese croissant combo. The sandwich was OK, but not fresh, and the hash browns were cold. I told the manager about the hash browns and she got me some more. Then, I tried those hash browns and they were hot, but hard as rocks like they redropped them. So, I came back and they cooked me some more fresh. I went inside. While I was waiting for the hash browns, the girl in the kitchen with braids was making the food. She had remade sandwiches sitting out on the prep table to heat and serve. Mind you, they are sitting there at room temperature. In addition, when she didn’t ha e orders, she was leaning all across the table where the food is made and was touching her hair with the gloves on. An order came and she did not change the gloves or wash her hands. These are food safety violations. I run a restaurant as well, so I know. After all this, I asked for the manager ( she had braids as well), and she did nothing about it. Didn’t even say anything to the employee to correct the situation. This is poor management/leadership . This could cause someone to get sick. Something needs to be done about this. I feel as though I should contact the local health department.

The Bikini Bottom Bundle Nonexistent at this location, but they want you to still purchase it as if they had the entire meal. They didn’t have the machine to make the pineapple drink nor had the Patrick pie and they waited until I paid for 3 bikini bottom bundles. Then the service rep. Had a nasty attitude after I ask for a refund and stated to me you still get the sandwich . This place’s need to be SHUT DOWN. How could pay for a meal and not get what you pay for. FRAUD. Do Not Go to this BK

Typical, typical, typical. Very ghetto. Do not recommend. 5-6 staff members visible, nobody stays at their assigned station. Food just sitting there but everyone is so busy on their phones, nobody thought to take 2 seconds to walk it to the paying customer.

The service was good and the atmosphere was BK. But the food was not that good. The food was sub par. It’s not the staffs fault, they just work there. The tomatoes look nothing like the picture and the food is never hot. The mozzarella sticks weren’t even melted. Corporate food at least had a standard before, but now its just is what it is.. The lady at the register was very nice and the service was fast. I appreciate what u guys do.

Just went came through the drive thru and it was the worst experience I have ever had at this place and I come here a lot the lady was rude as hell didn’t even check the code she so called said she needed will not be returning and everytime I come I never get any damn straws anyways just ridiculous the worst come service ever talking about she’s 48 I don’t care how old you are learn how to speak to someone working in customer service and ain’t got none what so ever.
