This is by far the worst establishment i have ever been to. Im standing at the register with a limited amount of time because I frive the bus. The manager proceeds to continuously take drive thru orders with an attitude and did not even acknowledge my presence. After she took the 3rd order I left. Seriously, nobody asked her to work in fast food, this is what she chose. And it’s sad because this is the only restaurant open at this time.

Wow I usually never post reviews but this one was bad. Waited 15 mins in the parking lot for two chicken sandwiches and this is what they looked like. They were still raw in the middle and so hard and burnt on the outside. So disgusting and disappointing. I understand being short staffed and hating your job but this could of been someone picking up food for their kids on the way home. For the person who wrapped this up to not have a conscience about the food that they’re serving is just disrespectful.

The black heavyset lady is so rude in the morning. I believe she’s the manager she be yelling at her co-workers like they little kids and what’s crazy is there not even that busy, why are you yelling at the one person that’s here to help she making this Burger King look very bad. Average fast food for BK. The prices on the drive up menu are wrong, they add 20 to 50 cents for each item depending on what you order. They know the issue but not willing to correct it.

Drive thru was closed, ordered inside and got a bacon and cheese crispy chicken sandwich. Got to where I was going and began to eat my food. 2 bites into my sandwich I realized there was no cheese and the chicken was RAW. Tried calling the store but didn’t get an answer and I wasn’t able to go back there at the time. Worst quality of food at an on base BK I’ve ever been to.

The food it’s pretty decent. But most of the time you have to park to receive your food. When there’s no rush or anything like that. Customer service varies here sometimes they are nice and sometimes they are rude. They have been very persistent in saving the salsa sauce even though you order the burrito. And they also save on napkins so good luck with that. I think they can do better in all areas and become a great restaurant if they wanted to. But for now they strive to remain the star they earned.

This place really needs to upgrade to chip readers or Apple Pay. We should not have to hand over our credit/debit cards to some random person in order to pay! There’s too much fraud these days. Coffee is mediocre, but the place is decently clean at least. Just don’t expect to go through the drive thru lane, it stays backed up.

Ordered 2 chicken nuggets kids meal and a #1 got home only to realize my sandwich is missing and my kid got a jalapeño whatever that was. Went back for my no onion no pickle sandwich and this is what I get. But shame on me cause I should have check my food….they can’t even say it was busy or whatever because I was the only car in the drive thru at the time

Stopped in today around 10 a.m. Ordered a whopper meal and it was absolutely perfect. The burger was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. The staff was extremely friendly and the dining room and restrooms were clean. Will definitely visit again!

Can you believe that’s all I ordered and it took them a whole of 29 mins with 8-9 staff members on shift just to get that out.
Imagine if there was more people wanting to order.
