Came into Burger King waited 20 minutes. One person sitting in the seats line waiting..one guy working. Food was cold. No customer service! James never said , he will be right with us or kiss his butt. The other worker sat while there was a line waiting.

Horrible experience. Eat anywhere but here. Dude at the register on his phone watching YouTube videos and not addressing his line until he feels like it or a manager has to step in. Then when you do order he is going to look at you like you are the biggest inconvenience in his life. His manager was really cool though and that was the only good thing about this Burger King.

I ordered a double impossible whopper with no mayo and a fries. Not only did the burger have extra mayo it was raw. I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t have enough money in his drawer to give me a full refund. I hope I don’t get sick.

My go to place before hitting the terminals up at Norfolk international. It’s right outside of the gates before you go to TSA.
Airport food, you know how it goes. The prices go right on up. It’s expected. What’s not expected is bad attitude and over salted fries lol. When I walked up, I was maybe third in line. Then others followed behind me. The cashier in front of my face and loud enough for everyone to hear, “I hate the holiday time because everyone wants to fly out and bother us here”. . like excuse me?
When I got my food, I stuffed it right in my bag. I didn’t eat it until I actually got on the plane. It was salted up. . maybe because the cashier was extra salty that they were busy. . but I tasted it. Hopefully, my experience is better when I have to fly out again.

You got an airport burger.King that would beat any bk , i’ve been to be in years… I had some bad experiences at some burger kings.But this one everything was perfect… My double whopper was so fresh, Everything was in place just right and we could have made a commercial out of this pretty sandwich… the friendliness of the manager was very professional And very inviting… but the lady.

Truthfully, one of the best burger kings I’ve ever eaten at. Stopped to grab a bite before catching an uber to my hotel after a day of traveling and I have no complaints. Ordering was quick and easy, the food came out quick & hot (yes, even the fries), and the two employees that were working were both very friendly with customers and each other. Also, all of the tables were clean, which is also pretty rare for any eating establishment. Overall would recommend if you’re passing through!
