I ordered a double impossible whopper with no mayo and a fries. Not only did the burger have extra mayo it was raw. I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t have enough money in his drawer to give me a full refund. I hope I don’t get sick.

The food was tasty and more importantly, the lady who helped me was perhaps the most friendly server I’ve ever had. (I’m embarrassed I did not get her name, but she opened the restaurant in the AM). Came to eat here with my family before we depart and travel when one of the employees was rude about how we sat at a larger table that wasnt being occupied especially with no one around. Being that we were a larger family, we wanted to sit together at one table. I understand they have protocols and procedures however none of the other employees complained about us sitting there until one lady came over yelling at us that we needed to move.

Another airport eatery that sucked. I had the original chicken sandwich, add cheese & pickles. The sandwich was hot & the cheese was nicely melted but I only had 3 tiny pickles that I barely tasted because of all the lettuce. I ordered a cup of water was asked what size, medium I say. Looked at my receipt & I was charged $2.99 for “THE CUP”. The cashier could have explained the cost of CUPS. I was refunded my $2.99 by a manager who stated I shouldn’t have been charged for water. I’m guessing the cashier didn’t know ♀️

Stopped for a burger on the way to baggage claim. The restaurant had self-serve kiosks, but they were closed — fortunately. The woman taking orders was so friendly and sweet that I wish I had gotten her name to put in the review. Food was good, too. I think this is the first time I’ve *ever* gotten BK fries that were hot, crispy, and salty. I’m usually lucky to get one of the three.
