I swear if I could give zero stars then I would! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT! There is a 90% chance that the food is made wrong! Some people have to order on the app because of time constraints. It really upsets me when I get back to work and my food is made wrong. How had is it to read a screen? I will be speaking with management because this is a regular occurrence!

Had ordered a #2 with only cheese lettuce and ketchup at around 1600. Went back to base and went to my barracks and took a bite out of my burger, only to find that they got my order wrong. Went back to see if I could get it redone but they closed down due to the NEX closing at 1700. On top of that, it’s Thanksgiving Eve and I hav Duty on Thanksgiving Day. I understand that there was nothing they could do but they have gotten my order wrong too many times and this is the last straw. Never going again even if it is Burger Day.
Update: After a year of writing this review, I figured I’d give this place another chance, thinking they’d learn after all these other reviews.
Nope.
Made another simple order with only lettuce and ketchup, I go home to open my food and low and behold, it had everything on it.
Do not go to this Burger King, you’re better off going down to Oceanview to get your order right.

This place sold me a quad burger with the wrong meat and the wrong bread. The way they made my burger was the same as that of a quad burger, but the meat was small and the bread, too. I didn’t notice this when I ate it, but when I saw another customer’s burger and saw the difference in size as I was leaving, I was disappointed, and the realization that I had been ripped off by this establishment… Also, prior to ordering my burgers, I stood by the counter for 10m with no other customers standing by before I could make my order. Horrible service. I’m never eating in this place again. The lady at the counter wasn’t polite or friendly at all. After I got my meal, I thanked her, and she ignored me. Horrible service. I hope they close!

Also, let me add that this place is short staff. With that said, the person making the burger is sometimes the same person taking orders. They don’t switch gloves in between meals and order. If you want proof, when ur at this establishment, look at the register n se how grease the touchpad is. When I saw this on my second visit, hoping that the service had improved, I noticed this n quickly asked for a refund. I’m 1000% sure I’m done with this bk.

Staff was friendly to begin with. I ordered the nerds frozen drink, received the wrong drink and when I got back to the counter I was told they don’t serve it (after taking my order) and refused to refund my order. Would not go back to again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order original chicken sandwich with oreo shake and cashier gives attitude and states at start of lunch hour we ant doing no more original chicken sandwiches today. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Don’t Recommend or want to return.

I shouldn’t have to go to the counter twice for someone to just not put mayo on my burger. It wasn’t even as bust as a normal restaurant. Cashier was nice. Person handing out the food was nice. Just frustrating, didn’t even want it afterward.

I was in Norfolk for training and decided to try the spicy chicken meal at the Burger King in the Exchange mall. When I pulled out the spicy chicken it shriveled up and dry, not hot, and awful tasting. On top of that the fries were cold. They offered to replace and I declined. Why would I try that again. I didn’t ask for my money back I just let them know how bad it was and left. Cannot recommend this BK enough!

Easily the worst service in the Norfolk NEX. Every other restaurant serves customers 3-5x faster during lunch time. I think the person working the register feel asleep twice while taking my order. The manager even came out looked at the line waiting to order and went back in the office.

There were nice persons at the cash register. Still, the restaurant seems to be undermanned and perhaps undersupplied; I had requested some cini minis and the person at the register admitted that they had one which was a couple of days old. She even showed me them upon request, and I was thankful for that. It also took considerably long for only two sandwiches to be made, some fifteen minutes. The food tasted good. Not great but good. This has taken place on a Sunday so perhaps week days would show better service but I do not know.
Went back on a Friday. Got just a whopper, but it was cold. Requested to get it exchanged for a warm whopper. They gave me a whopper but its bun was soggy and squishy as if it was microwaved. I saw a bit past the register but I couldn’t confirm if it was.

I was there today and at the time I walked up to place my order, there were only two staff members there at the time. Once I was able to place my order, I watched three other staff members walk in. I waited at least 10 minutes for my order. My order was no longer on the screen so I may have waited longer than 10 minutes. There was no one up front to take orders of other customers that walked up. Every staff member was in the back loudly talking and having a good time while people were waiting to have their order taken or waiting on their order. The nice couple behind me had a long wait as well. I ended up asking for a refund because there was no reason or excuse as to why there was such a long wait time with FIVE staff members. This was the worst experience I have had there.
