I have been going to Burger Kings every since they built one on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth in 1969. But this Burger King on 1106 North Military Highway is a cut French fry above the rest! First of all the exterior was clean, inside the bathroom was clean and the Dining Area was immaculate, scrubbed floors, clean tables and chairs! Wow! I only had French toast sticks, tata tots and a chocolate shake but it was served with kindness and expertise!

While the food I got was delicious, it would’ve been nice to get what I actually ordered. Missing fries, missing bacon, missing drink. I called out the drink at the window to get it, but eating my bacon cheeseburger with no bacon is a huge disappointment because I was expecting bacon on it. I got a large fry, so the missing kids fry wasn’t a big deal, but they weren’t salted – so I had to salt them myself.

Much better than any other ones that have eaten in Virginia Beach it was absolutely cooked and prepared with care. I commented to the employees that they did a very good job. It’s a darn fame you can’t walk into a Burger King and get the same quality food.

This location is a bit run down. Dining area is slightly dirty, floors sticky. Self Serve Machine was practically empty, only a few choices of drink selections to choose from. Just needs a bit of tender loving care of cleanings.

My partner ordered dinner from there tonight. Worst whopper ever! The coca cola that came with it had an overpowering lemon taste and got poured out. Will be a long time before I eat at or order from Burger King again.

I don’t t even know why I’m writing this review (other than to vent) bc they don’t GIVE A PLUCK about ratings, service or reviews! I hate them. How do you place an order for pick up, don’t pick it up, but the store says you picked it up, then when you call the store, Daniel, who’s in charge of everything but knows nothing says “I don’t know what happened I wasn’t here. I don’t know how mobile orders work” and tells you to have a good day!!!!!??? Why is he even at work only to not know nothing! How and why is he in charge!?!? And the service is so effed up bc they know NOTHING will happen consequence wise!! I don’t understand why all Burger Kings haven’t been burned to the ground. I love whoppers but I HATE the establishment! HORRIBLE!!!

Don’t go there. I ordered on the drive thru. They forgot two of my items and i had to go inside anyways. Once i got home we my kids were eating they said they didn’t want to eat from Burger King again because the fries were old and the chicken was not crispy. I got mozzarella sticks they forgot the marinara sauce and I couldn’t even bite it because the cheese inside was old and hard. In conclusion don’t waste your time going there. I know fast food is bad for you and we try not to eat it all the time but if one day out of the month I want to eat bad at least I want it to be tasty.

This would be a great place for a fast food restaurant. The food has a terrible chemical taste to it. I had to take a second bite to see if it was as bad as I thought. It was. I threw it in the trash. The place was filthy, I had to wipe down my table before sitting and the service was the worst. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen.
