The drive thru lady is very rude come to find out she’s a manager. There wasn’t anyone behind us my mom asked her a question and she ignored us and proceeded to shut the window as she mumbles something like bye. It’s hard to get good employees these days but at least get some good managers there the ones showing the rest of the employees how to be and that’s sad.

The screen was malfunctioning and was told to come inside to look ok at the menu if we wanted to order anything. We’ll that would have been ok under normal circumstances my mom is a bit older and didn’t want to be exposed to anyone due to covid spike in the area.

Doors locked to lobby. Went through drive thru. No signs stated lobby was closed. Manager tending drive thru was rude. Im hearing impaired and did not understand clearly over the intercom. Arrived at window, was asked what my order was, then he told.me to wait 4 times over the Intercom he needed change. Closed the window, then another guy comes and takes my order. Not only was my order incorrect, but when asking for condiments I received 1 packet for my meal. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Rude!

Worst Burger King ever. We live right around the corner, it’s a shame. These people want 15 an hour and aren’t worth 7. Wait ten minutes in the drivethru w nobody in front of me.. order 3 items and still get em wrong. Won’t be going there anymore. Guess we’ll spend out money on a burger at the new restaurant next door to BK. They get your order right.

Either stop offering shakes, or get the machine fixed. It’s hard to believe it’s still broken after weeks and months. Just say you’re to lazy to clean it. How can you expect more than minimum wage if you can’t meet the minimum requirements? If you can’t be trusted with the position you have, how do you deserve better?

Pull up to the drive they at 10:47 pm. They don’t close until 12am. I wait at the intercom for someone for about 5 minutes, saying “hello” into the intercom. As I leave and drive around the building, all employees are huddled in the kitchen and choosing not to answer the potential drive thru orders. Just got back from a long weekend out of town and just wanted food before going to bed. I’d give zero stars if I could. And they want more $ per hour. GTFOH

The fries were good. The sandwich [burgers) were old [premade) apparently they were under a heat lamp and were not hot and freshly made. I had ordered without onions but still had them on the burger!!!. The people running the place were not polite by any means. I was polite by saying yes mam and thank you . When I said that I got a laugh like I was being made fun of. How rude people can be!!!
