Plenty of parking here. I took advantage of the coupons that came in my mailbox. Quick service on the Friday afternoon when I stopped. Staff is friendly and tables are clean with a crown on each one.

I tried the BBQ Bourbon whopper medium combo meal. The menu display board IS MISLEADING, in regards to the crispy onion and jalapeños. It listed as “Crispy Onions / Crispy Jalapeños”. Seeing the it listed as such, I asked to keep the jalapeños off. When I got the sandwich, all it resembled a bacon whopper with cheese and BBQ sauce. I paid too much (est $16.00 after taxes). I did talk to the manager and she politely explained that the onion and jalapeños were a mix. Being that the sandwich wasn’t filling, I did order my regular Impossible Whopper (sandwich only), and i was done. The night crew were great! I liked the manager because she was honest and straightforward!!

They hardly ever say hello when you pull up to the window. Twice within 2 weeks that I went through the drive-thru they messed up the order. This recent time the burger wasn’t even cooked all the way through. When you are paying $30 for two meals it should be cooked correctly and fresh.

I was late over 3 hours for uber pick up and Cece was kind enough re-make the order so the food was fresh. It’s rare to come across that type of customer service- not to mention it was near closing time. If not a raise, Cece at the very least, deserves to be recognized!

Drive through always packed for what reason idk- I guess bc it’s the only fast food near. Inside dirty! Employee dressed dirty! Just throw the whole place away and the ppl! I should go in and take pictures!

I have watched the steady decline of Burger King’s product quality over the past year and more, and my recent visit to the location at Comanche Road and Princess Anne Road Virginia Beach has left me truly disheartened.
Once, their chicken breakfast sandwiches were generously sized, often rivaling the burgers themselves and extending to the edges of the buns, biscuits, or croissants. Now, what I received was nothing short of a ripoff: the chicken was alarmingly small—barely larger than a chicken nugget. For a price that keeps climbing, the portion sizes have shrunk drastically.
This is why businesses like Chick-fil-A continue to outshine and outpace Burger King. I feel taken advantage of, and as a result, I requested a refund. I will never patronize Burger King again. It’s time for Burger King to address this issue and return to the quality and portion sizes that loyal customers deserve.

Staff was rude and upset that we asked the difference between an oreo shake and the sundae shown on the screen. Would give zero stars if allowed. The sundae was shoved at my husband and he was told “well we don’t have a spoon”. Everything that was said to us was with a raised and agressive voice. We do not recommend this Burger King to anyone.
