Food was okay. My order wasn’t ready so they had me pull around and were out with it before any other cars went through so kind of silly. The value has really gone down. Haven’t tried lately but last time I tried “my way” they wanted to upcharge $.30 for a few pickle slices… If it weren’t for the app discount I probably wouldn’t go anymore.

Truly terrible customer service with bad attitudes. Cold food, soggy fries, flat soda, and incomplete order. Loud rap music inside prevents them hearing your order which requires repeat 3 times minimum. 8:15 pm 29 June 2023. Avoid this place!!

I ordered a bacon king, to come home to a single patty on the burger, and no bacon. I also got a burger for my son, and it didn’t have a bottom bun, just two top buns. Horrible experience. Would not recommend!!

When there’s no one in line in he mid afternoon slow down, please wipe down all tables and sweep the floors. Most tables were obviously dirty and easily visible trash was under several tables.

Completely disappointing. I ordered BK for my family for a fun dinner and unfortunately it was anything but. The cheese sticks and jalapeño cheddar bites were completely devoid of moisture, hard as rocks on the outside, and the cheddar bites were hollow. The cheese sticks pulled apart like modeling clay. Burgers were seriously cold. No attempt or effort was made by the employees to make this meal even slightly enjoyable. Trash. Heart breaking. Trash.

Ordered mix n match(whopper and chicken sandwich), and whopper meal for 2, as well as an extra large fry and a set of jalapeno bites to try. Missing the bites, the food was all cold, burgers were missing cheese even though i paid for cheese on all 3 whoppers and one of the burgers were cut though it seemed more like a bite was taken out of it. The best thing were the fries, which were mediocre at best. Cashier was nice though.
