The food itself was fine, but they had the lobby closed. It’s understandable to have the lobby closed due to understaffing, but when trying to get the mobile order I placed I had to call the inside and the lady who both answered and brought me my food was very rude. No explanation or apology just given my food and left.

Let’s just say when you walk in it’s like the whole staff have a attitude. One lady was nice but the lady who made my sandwich man she half wrapped it and pretty much throw it aggressively to the guy who had to put it in the bag that he had to fix the wrapper. Sad if you hate your job please focus on something else in life .

Ordered the ghost pepper whopper through the drive through. What I got wouldn’t have even counted as a regular whopper. Just meat and lettuce. The only thing that would have been correct was the meat patty.
