I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING! This use to be one of the better Burger Kings, but now it’s the same as the others. The only decent Burger King is on N. Mall Drive. The parking lot was almost totally empty, and when I pulled up they took forever to answer. I had a simple order 3 whopper jr. With tomato, extra katchup, extra May. I got just a regular whopper jr, an and 2 cheeseburgers no wonder the other fast food restaurants are putting them out of business with service like this. I will not return to this Burger King.

The employee was rude. My husband when in to pick up an order for a customer and she told him that it will be ready soon that he had to go through drive thru because the inside is closed. This was literally 10 minutes they closed the inside. And I’ve worked in restaurants and thats not how you act. Especially since they are the reason you still have a job! If you don’t want to work in customer services than find another job

As a delivery driver I eat on the run. Everytime I come here. Food is hot and fresh. Doesnt matter what time during lunch. Cheese is melted and burger it hot. And never bad service. The two ladies there are great. Food seems to take a bit longer but dont care. Its hot and tastes freshly made. Burger King by my house. Never go there because its just the opposite.

My mother has been a customer of the Virginia Beach Burger King on Holland Road for years. She stopped driving earlier this year and I now take her to the drive thru one to two times a week after we run errands. She has to have a Whopper Junior and Hershey pie for lunch at least once a week! The manager and employees are so friendly, they even remembered my mother’s birthday recently. That made her day and I appreciated it so much! If you enjoy the Burger King menu and great service, I highly recommend this restaurant.

The price of fast food is no longer convenient. It’s no longer fast every time you buy a burger from here. The bottom bread is wet like they microwave it. Breakfast sandwiches be cold french fries containers not filled up completely. I’m bout to delete my app and never purchase Burger King fast food again, it’s ridiculous. You give trash food, trash service, and then high prices… if you stand for nothing you’ll go for anything and these corporations have been taken advantage of everything I’m the villain if I complain about the quality of my food but this is like the third time coming here and something was wrong. Why is that happening? Is the question bad management bad franchise owner I’m gonna contact corporate Burger King and let them know how bad this franchise is.

This is some typical BK BS!! 14 dollar meal and they can’t even fill up the container. 8-16-25 I ordered the half fries and half onion rings and literally was given only 3 onion rings.

I had a craving for a burger from the flame broiled grill, and when I say it was good… for people who know me, know that I usually do not eat there, but I felt so comfortable with the cleanliness of this establishment and the people working were very kind!
