I ate at this establishment on 12/27. The Only decent thing I can say is that the food was hot. I ordered the man who took the order was presumably a manager I ordered only a fry and sandwich as I told him I had a water in my car. I put my food down at the table with my friend retrieved my water bottle and walked back into the store at that point this manager starts yelling I can’t do that. I’m confused cause I dont know what I’m not allowed to do. I am standing in the door way about 20 feet from the soda machine holding a water bottle that has ice and water in it and I assume he means I can’t bring outside food in. Then he yells it’s the health dept rule I cant fill up my cup…I am no where near the soda machine. Nor do I have any intention of filling up my cup the lid is on and I’m trying to explain this is my water i brought it from home that’s it. Everyone is looking at me he finally says oh..who does that i dont care if people try to fill up cups all day everyday you don’t make assumptions. I was not near the machine I never took the lid off the cup I barely walked in the store. I called Monday morning to speak to a GM about my experience she said well people fill cups from outside all the time. Yes but if I was not engaging in such action why are you yelling at me in front of the store. I asked how to contact the district manager she said the store does not have one when I questioned is this not a franchise she then magically remembered they do have a district Mgr. I called back to ask for the GM name and I was told they cannot tell me then when I asked why they hung up….it’s fine I will write a letter to corporate. Everyone in this store needs a lesson on customer service

Went to BK for the first time in years and its sad to say they disappointed. I just finished donating blood, so I needed something sweet. I got the Hershey pie and the chocolate oreo milkshake, and it looks like the only thing that was mixed in the milkshake was the ice cream and oreo. I may be being dramatic, but I feel if I order a chocolate shake, then I should get a chocolate shake and not a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup on the bottom. Both tasted fine but not good. (I didn’t get any actual food because it tasted terrible in my past experiences)

Overpriced freezer foods served at room temperature. Easy to beat this! I had a taste for onion rings and forgot that for some reason at this location they’re NEVER served hot or fresh. Always flavorless and at room temperature heat, having sat under a hot light bulb since earlier that day/week. This location even charges for tap water to wash down your heat lamp meal. NEVER AGAIN.

Deplorable service: the worker doesn’t have much comprehension skills .. they closed their inside doors, only allowed one coupon per order, and then said he could only take one order per car. Still, I can pay for my order, drive around and pay for another order, and then drive around and pay for another one so the kids can use their coupons.. what sense does that make .. Burger King employees do this to buff their numbers so the car won’t be sitting at their window long. I’m so sick of this from Burger King, and that was the last time I would even support such a place. Workers are very rude and have an attitude just being at work. ]

Can’t say enough about John in the Saturday morning crew. It doesn’t matter how early they are. He and the rest of the team are fun and friendly and make some sandwiches that look like they came straight from a Burger King commercial.

We’re talking buttery croissants, fluffy eggs and juicy sausage.

There’s no place else I would rather start my weekend off then with John and the lynnhaven BK crew.

Food was great. However I’m giving them one star because they refused to take our lunch order until 11am. We arrived at 1049 and were completely ignored because we wanted to order lunch. We were told that lunch wasn’t served until 11. The employees stood around doing nothing and refused to take our order even though they had already turned over the lunch menu. I didn’t mind the wait but they could have at least acknowledged that they had customers waiting.
