UNCLEAN/TERRIBLE!!! Upon arriving at the drive thru the employee refused to speak up so I could understand the price of my order and could not get my order right. After finally placing my order there was very long 15 minute wait for hashbrowns and French toast sticks. After receiving the food it was (Nasty Greasy and Undone) After calling back manager (Alan) agreed to give me a refund while whispering something rude under his breath. Employees Very unclean alot of coughing and random people In And Around kitchen DO NOT EAT HERE

I went there on 12/6. I ordered 3 bacon double cheeseburgers and large fried. The bacon cheeseburgers basically had zero bacon them. It was a pinch of bacon. terrible waste of $18 for nothing. I called the manager today (Wednesday) and she was so RUDE and NASTY. She basically accused me of lying and stealing. I did not complain fast enough for her it seems. I guess I have to work on her schedule even though I am the customer and a unhappy one at that. She tried to talk fast and over me the entire time. She made up examples and again was completely rude and nasty. She stated she would do nothing to resolve the issue. Please do not eat here. The food is not what you pay for. The manger is rude and nasty. The parking lot with abandoned cars. What has happened to this once proud company?

Pulled up to the drive thru at 6:51am. Restaurant opens at 6am. Waited a minute with no acknowledgment so I said “Hello”. Still no response. So I called the restaurant to confirm that they were open. Lady answers the phone and I tell her that I was just making sure they were open since I had been at the drive thru for like 5 minutes. Her responses was “Yeah…ok” and then hangs up on me! Then when she finally does speak at the drive through she was clearly talking to another employee because I hear “…why the hell she sit there for 5 minutes…” my response was the drive thru opens at 6am why the hell you let me sit there and not actually talk to me….she was rude and unprofessional the whole entire interaction . needless to say I am not going back to this Burger King again!!!!!!

Ordered online for pick up in drive through. I was across the street at another business and headed over within 10 minutes of ordering, thinking that should be enough time for my order to be ready. I drove into the drive through where I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone helped me. I let them know that I ordered online and gave the name. I pulled to the window where I was told to go park up front. Another 20 minutes went by of sitting and waiting. I drove back around to the drive through to cancel my order because this wait was insane. The lady told me that my food hadn’t even been started when I arrived but I can wait there at the window since it was nearly done. I waited over an hour for FAST FOOD. My order was wrong, I ordered a Wednesday whopper meal and got a regular whopper (pictured) which cost more. The chicken on the wraps was stale. So in the end, I didn’t eat this food. What a waste of money. This is the worst BK in Hampton Roads. I contacted customer service and after one email asking for more information, I have heard nothing. It’s been a week.

I went through the drive thru to get an Oreo milkshake. The time was 10:41pm. I was told they had already cleaned the milkshake machine for the night. That’s bullshit. That’s pure laziness. They don’t close until 12am. This location is horrible!

When I complained about having to wait 20 mins for a single burger the mgr Tynesha Spence, refused to make my burger, would not refund my money, lied about how to cancel the order and finally CALLED THE POLICE because I refused to leave without the food I HAD PAID FOR!

It was my mistake to ONCE again patronize this restaurant that is ALWAYS VERY SLOW!!

So instead of just making my burger, or refunding my money, she reveals how BK mgrs. treat their customers!

Granted she was under staffed but antagonism towards customers is stupid!

we ended up dining in after walking around the cavalier hotel and 43rd street to look at the Christmas lights… customer service was great, super friendly! Glad we went inside rather than drive thru like we typically do.

What the hell happened to this place?!?!
Within one week, they took items off the menu and acted like it was never there and treat you like you’re crazy. We’ve been coming here for over two decades and it’s been on the menu my daughter’s entire life so I know it was a thing.
The people were rude, there was a homeless guys lounging in the booth who desperately needed a shower, the drink machine was out of 80% of its options, the lid was open to the ice portion and dust was falling into it from the over hang.
The dining area was filthy, the tables weren’t wiped down and it smelled awful.
How can this place go from great to garbage in two weeks?!
I’ll go to Lynnhavens if I want Burger King, this place is a mess and a half!

This is the second time that I chose not to complete my purchase because the manager on duty’s attitude!!! I’m tax exempt. She keeps saying they don’t do it instead of having someone show her. It’s a sales tax, not a buyer’s tax. All corporations have a way to remove the tax on my purchase, as I am aboriginal and Indigenous to this land.

I went this morning through the drive-through, a young lady with dreads in her hair was very very, very rude for one. I sit there for a minute without no one saying anything I proceed to say hello a few times finally she came to the mic asked for my order, I immediately gave her my order because I knew exactly what I wanted. She asked me to pull up to the window as I’m sitting there at the window. She’s on her cellular phone talking to someone about customers saying hello and not being ready to order their order. This is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend no one to go to this Burger King because of that young lady I don’t have her name because she did not give me my receipt
