I went to get a meal through the drive thru on new years eve after 7:30.
The guy in the drive thru was talking disrespectfully to me while I was trying to get my order. The guy was very unprofessional. He didn’t want to take my order. There was a lady I spoke to on the phone who disrespectful to me also. The call took place about 7:30. I end up driving off. I will never go there again.

Order had mistakes. No doubt they would have fixed it, but we were running out of time. The burger meat had odd, different taste. I didn’t eat it. Fries were awesome.

Burger King on Bridge Road Suffolk Va

20 Jul 25: Purchased food from Burger King (BK) using their app. Food arrived, and I was missing a large onion rings. I contacted BK, who was willing to give me a $10 coupon to use on my next purchase. However, I wanted my large onion rings or a refund of the onion ring purchase price. BK indicate they can’t refund my money. I told them I didn’t pay with a coupon. In any event, no onion rings and no refund. Somebody in supervision or management should be reviewing what their employees are doing by providing quality assurance. I’m positive no one checked my order for accuracy.

I was in to pick up a doordash Porsche county. An employee looked right at me. Made eye contact then turns around and walks away to the back. Another employee that was standing next to him. The assistant manager standing there yes with his back to me but doesn’t acknowledge . The employee that had looked at me comes back and asks what it is. I mean I tell him I’m picking up for doordash and I also point out what he just did. Both the assistant manager and the employee instead of taking accountability. Just tried to present excuse after excuse. How is it that an assistant manager cannot handle a simple complaint? Constructive complaint? I was not all right. I wasn’t raising my voice. I wasn’t mad. I was pointing out the treatment I had received and all I get are excuses.

Never had a wrong order at this Burger King, sometimes the wait to order inside can be a little long, but it’s worth it. The food is carefully prepared, no mistakes on special instructions, employees are meticulous and friendly. Customer for life!!
