These days, it’s rare to experience genuine customer service like this.
From the moment I spoke at the drive-thru intercom, the employee was polite, patient, and genuinely kind. She even helped me pick out exactly how I wanted my Whopper, which I appreciated.
When I got to the window, they let me know they were waiting on fresh onion rings. It only took about 20–30 seconds, and she came out, thanked me for waiting, and wished me a great night. That level of courtesy is rare nowadays.
On top of that, the food was on point—everything was fresh, portions were right (finally a place that fills the fries properly), and the Whopper was excellent.
This is one of the last Burger Kings in my area, and they’re doing it right. Great service still exists—you just have to find the right people.

For me to be the only car in the drive thru and having to wait still for 15 mins for a double cheeseburger and small fry I should have known this would be result. When I arrived home to see this is what I ended up with. I drove back to this restaurant and asked for my money back. When I walked into the restaurant, “cashier” was leaning on register. Since she wasn’t the least bit aware she’s at a job and should ask what I needed I just simply asked for Manger. *Crickets* As we are staring at each other and I proceeded to look at the other employees, all of which were either on their phone or looking lost. Finally, she says something to someone in the dining room, who when I turn around to see the manger sitting eating with a gentleman. He comes over asks the issue. I told him for the amount of time I sat in that drive thru and to get home with sloppily made burger and cold fries was just ridiculous. I said I just want my money back. He takes my receipt and goes to the register over by drive thru. Meanwhile the other staff are playing on phone and the cashier proceeds to go make herself a cherry slushy (although it was so dark red in color idk if that’s what the flavor was). I noticed another customer was having issues with drink fountain and drink coming out incorrectly. Everyone looks at him before someone goes and get him a drink from behind the counter. The manager returns to tell me that he can’t do my refund, “he’s never seen what it’s doing before.” I said, well I’m not leaving until I get my money back. Is there someone you can call? He says, he’ll call his district manager. Long story short, I received my refund. Idk what is going on with this location, this isn’t the first time experiencing issues here, its just those times I let it go. But this incident, I couldn’t especially for the amount of money I paid. I understand something has shifted in the workforce mentality and it’s hard for business, fast food especially to find good employees but there has to be a point where business need to shutdown a location or hire a new staff. This particular location is just terrible. I would highly suggest not wasting your time this location. I will say, kudos to the cook at this location for doing the best he could with the people he was working with.

Just go somewhere else. I did a mobile order. Waited 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. Pulled up to the speaker and first words I hear are it’s going to be a while. Okay so a few minutes go by and then someone comes on and asks me what I’d like to order. Again I say I have a mobile order. Okay pull up to the window they say. At this point I have somewhere to be. The milkshake I ordered is the wrong flavor, whatever we need to go. Get our bag and go. Get to the next stop light and find out from my son that none of the items I requested to be taken off of his burger were removed. At this point this place just needs to be avoided.

Its fine for a burger king. Like any fast food, check your bag before you leave. I had to go back in to get 2 missing items. But the service was polite and food was good.

I just remembered why I don’t ever go into a burger king anymore. Decided to go in this time, and they had a worker sitting at the door smoking a cigarette, and the smoke was coming back into the building, making it smell inside, which is completely unprofessional! The food was not very good and was room temperature when eating it. The only good thing about it was the drink.. which was a shame.. the nuggets in the kids meal look like someone stepped on them and smashed them. Gross!! Gonna post pics as well.. I most likely will never go back to that location again until they change and start acting like a decent fast food restaurant… Smh!

I’d rate less than 1 star if possible.
After pulling up to the drive thru menu board waiting to place an order, a Burger King employee says “be widt ya”. I waited about 3-4 minutes however no one responded to take my order. Thinking maybe the intercom system was malfunctioning, I parked and went inside to order. One female employee was leaning on the counter on her phone and two other employees were joking around in the back. I stood there for waiting to place my order for 5 mins and not one of the employees acknowledged me nor took my order.
It’s not like they were busy because other than one gentleman sitting in the lobby eating, I was the only customer.
I promise I will never, ever spend my money at that establishment

Average Burger King food, but not worth the hassle. The service here is terrible. Workers are on their phones having conversations with explicit language while there is an unmoving drive thru lane and multiple people inside waiting to place orders. The one worker who was supposed to be working the register was the one on the phone. Meanwhile, she tells another employee that she is supposed to tell us to use the touch screen kiosks to place orders. Well one of the two kiosks doesn’t even work properly, so you still have to wait in line for the one that does work, but doesn’t properly print receipts. I was waiting for half an hour for two cheeseburgers, 8 pc nuggets, and a large fry. Why?

It’s not rocket science! I order an original chicken sandwich meal (medium). I asked no lettuce, add cheese and pickles. Just because I asked for mayo, it doesn’t mean I want my sandwich drowning in it. Then, it still had lettuce and no pickles. Not to mention, the entire meal was stone cold. I thought McDonald’s was bad, but BK definitely got them beat.

They unlocked the door and took one persons order i was picking up an Uber eats order. I had to cancel the Uber Eats order because they closed the dining room doors at 8:30. When you’re supposed to pick up in the dining room every time I’ve gone through drive through. They tell me to go pick up inside.
