If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the absolute worst order I’ve received since I started ordering food myself. Most of our items were either missing or completely incorrect. The original chicken sandwich is my go-to so I know what the patty looks like. It’s literally the only thing I eat on the menu. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or resolve this issue. Will not be coming back to this location.

On January 18 at 230pm…I came to this Burger King for a rodeo burger and small milkshake…Shamon was at the drive thru which he was very respectful, kind and asked questions to clarify my order which are key components of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Always a long wait going inside. Both times it took forever to place a simple order. I had a coupon, and I substituted the fries for onion rings and it brought the total up almost 4 dollars more. At that point I didn’t care. During that time a lady came in from the drive thru because they screwed her order up. She had to wait longer than I did, while I was waiting for a friend of mine to receive his order. Onion rings were cold. The burger was fine. Service, not so much.

I would consider this one of the worst Burger King locations, I went to get three double whopper and three fries. When I got home I realized that they gave me the burgers with just the breads and two pieces of meat, it’s just so unacceptable. I’m gonna leave the time, employee name and number in case someone from Burger King wants to fire someone.

Nothing beats a whopper. It was delicious. Toppings were plentiful. The lady at the drive thru was so nice. Customer service was good they were friendly. Fries were tasty. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointing. Employees are friendly, but notoriously slow. I wanted to try their new CH’king sandwich, which was a little disappointing. Can’t touch Wendy’s, imo. But the worst part was the 12 minute wait…there was one car behind us and no one inside. Ticket time was 8:02. At 8:13 my wife decided to go inside to discern the delay, figuring her burger would be ice cold by now. This is a “fast food” restaurant, right?
Guy is just sticking the food in the bag and says “the chicken takes 7 minutes to cook.” (Not only does that seem a little unreasonable, it also doesn’t account for the other 5 minutes.)
Then we get home and my wife finds her cold burger slathered in ketchup…please see burger description on ticket. And those “medium fries”…makes you long for Five Guys.
I don’t know how a restaurant expects to compete in a tough industry with this kind of service.
(The 5 or 6 fries on my wife’s plate were removed before the picture was taken…and I added some ranch dressing to the over-breaded chicken to make it more palatable)

So in the past we have had a poor experience with this Burger King. I am very pleased that it seems they have improved immensely! Great service now!!

took 15 mins to get my food in drive thru. when i got it, i didn’t get the ketchup and ranch i paid for, and it was also missing tomatoes lettuce and cheese.the fries also needed salt, which other locations provide

I ordered a whopper with cheese only heavy pickle meal. With a 4 piece order of mozzarella sticks. As you can see from my pics, those sticks looked as if they were sitting over night. I asked for no ice with my sweet tea, recieved half a cup of ice, no miranara sauce. Wasn’t asked if I wanted any condiments. I will NOT be going back to that location.
