I ordered 3 meals with 2 regular cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink. There was nothing but mustard and pickles on the cheeseburgers . Outright nasty. There was a slight smidgen of ketchup, but it was so little that I couldn’t taste it. Since I had my kids in the car, I had to drive through the drive-thru again to get some ketchup. I wiped off as much of the mustard that I could and smeared on the ketchup. Still had a strong taste of the mustard. I should’ve just had them remake them. It was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent.

I’m sooo late writing this but I came in a few weeks ago with 2 females that were EXTRAORDINARY!! Pardon if I’m buthering their name but Cha (pronounced Sh-ah) and another sister with an “S” name (SH pronunciation) literally made my day in the most simplest way: kindness. The way they spoke was giving customer service is top priority and when my order got to me hot and fast it solidified not only their time management but also their work ethic. To give af when you likely don’t get paid enough to care at all is a different kind of special and they were just that.

I came to southside for some business and ate at this burger king. The food was hot and good. Hit the spot. Service was fast. They were very nice. The lady that served me was very sweet. I don’t know her name but she has really long hair. She was at the window at 1:45 on Monday. Shout out to her and the ones who made sure food was fresh and hot. Oh and they didn’t forget anything like napkins etc.

One of my sandwiches was really nice and hot, the other sandwich was cold as hell so no I mean this just goes for this visit I mean I think they gave me a chicken sandwich that had been sitting there it looked like somebody had dug the inside of the sandwich out and ate it and then put it back on the freaking bun. I’m very disappointed with this I should probably call corporate that was really odd looking chicken sandwich I have never seen a chicken sandwich like that before

Super rude employee. I was picking up a door dash order and simply asked if I wanted to get a sandwich how long would the wait be because I needed to drop off delivery. I asked the young lady with blonde hair and this other chick interrupted me and said well we won’t know until you order. I wasn’t even asking her. Rude and ghetto. Will only return if I have a delivery.
