Mixed opinions, but 5 stars for Thelma. Thelma was the best. She needs a raise. We went on Wednesday night, and our server was nice, but Thelma was on fire. I’ve never had anyone hand me a spoon as enthusiastically as she did.
We got the halfsies (or whatever it’s called) and only got three onion rings. Not the end of the world, but when my partner asked for a few more, she did, in fact, bring us a few more. She made us smile!!
Ordered an Oreo sundae and this is what we got. Thelma was not the one who served us in that situation.
Anyways, props to Thelma. She’s awesome.

Food was good and staff was decently friendly. However, they were blasting sexually explicit and expletive heavy songs either from the kitchen or over the sound system. Either way we could hear it from our seats at the back of the restaurant which was a problem as we had our children with us. I wouldn’t go again just due to that.

normally pretty good, but yesterday i had the rudest staff member serve me. Ordered a pickup, and was missing half my items. As i was trying to get the order back together after getting my partner to ask about it, he came out and insisted he put everything in the bag, started snatching bags away from us and even tried taking the car door away from me while i was getting out, leading to me almost falling in the parking lot. Wildly inappropriate.
If someone named marcus is there, cannot reccommend. otherwise a great location.

Is everyone okay? Last night September 12th I was downtown walking with some friends, right at the Burger King when we heard a guy screaming in the drive thru. It looked like he was trying to come through the window. About an half hour later we were walking back and there were 4 HPD cruisers parked in the front. Hope everyone is okay. How scary!!

I kid you NOT, on Friday evening I had one of the best burgers of my life from this establishment. My husband and I were having a nap-date, so with both kids sleeping in the back of the car you KNOW we ordered a feast. I don’t think I’ve received food so perfectly and uniformly hot from any restaurant before. Every item was literally perfect, but the piping hot bacon cheeseburger delivered to me through that drive through window, was truly memorable.
I’m not usually one for fast food, so I was SHOCKED to receive this level of quality. As a nursing mother I’m rarely full after a meal, but whoever crafted this order knew I came to MUNCH. My eternal hunger was miraculously satiated.
The staff here aren’t just flipping patties, they’re changing lives. Majoring in miracle working. Strengthening marriages. Providing mindful cuisine to the community & crafting memories that last a lifetime.
Give these people a bonus immediately. They’re truly doing the Lord’s work.

There was no one at the counter. I literally had to wait 5 minutes before someone came up to the counter to take my order. I could hear music being played in the back. So the person could not hear me asking for help. I was going to just leave but I was getting someone else’s food also and had their money, so I waited. I was not rude but let them know I had been calling for them and waiting. The person rolled her eyes. I was not happy about this service at all. What makes it worse is the supervisor walked out of her office half way through the order. I won’t be going back to that location even though the food was good

Manager was very helpful. She helped my grandfather order his food while I was in the bathroom. She also is very nice to the homeless people who come in. She is very patient with the older people and is very understanding when they get things wrong. She takes her time and is always cleaning something up.
