The food was good, service was good but the floors were a mess! By the pop machines. It was so sticky and slippery, it was awful. It didn’t help where we sat down that a customer spilled an entire huge drink and they used a broom to sweep up the ice and then I guess were getting a mop. But the floors were disgusting

The most DISGUSTING Burger King I’ve ever eat in. Customer service is non existant. Stood there several minutes before someome came to take my order. The kitchen was extremely dirty! Every surface, including the floors, was sticky. The floor in the kitchen area was covered in scraps of food, old napkins and condiment packets. The metal table where the burgers are assembled was dirty and full of grease and food scraps. I watched as my burger was thrown directly onto that dirty metal surface. The drink station was covered in flies and sticky. The floor at the drink station was covered in flies and sticky. Ketchup station…sticky. Every table…sticky. I wiped off a table at the window and sat down. Flies and gnats were crawling up the window. There were flies everywhere. That was it. I threw my food away. This place is absolutely filthy. Every single surface in the establishment is filthy. I will never return. Who runs this place??? How can you NOT see how nasty this is?? I saw one older lady (I’m assuming is the manager) leaning up against the wall…chatting and drinking her drink.

Food was not fresh and hot but was warm and still edible. Example is cheese was still cold and not melted. Tables were a little messy with salt and drink rings left behind, my seat had sticky stuff on it which i cleaned off before sitting to eat. It seemed to be a slow time and was before the lunch crowd. The staff was friendly and had a good attitude when I ordered.

Good food, all that I ordered was in the packs, the only issue is the cashier took a coupon from me but didn’t apply it to the price I paid. I realized it afterwards so I didn’t ask anything but make sure that they apply the discount from your Burger King coupons

This place will mess up your order and tell you to wait in the front of the Restaurant for 15 minutes while they remake your food because they messed up your order and they want to blame you for it. There’s a reason why when you go through the drive-through you tell them exactly what you want. They definitely need to change their slogan that says have it your way.
