BK done went and messed up. Your apple pies are bringing back memories of burned tongues (my fault totally!!!!) and happiness as a child!!! They have the style of apple pies that a certain clown ran fast food place used to have!!!!! Yea we’ve had messed up orders from here, it happens. BUT they’ve NEVER just didn’t put any food in the bag, just the wrong food but it’s BK so it’s all good!

Food was cold, overcooked and disgusting. The inside of the “restaurant” was dirty: tomatoes and fries just on the ground in the prep area. I’m giving service a 5 stars because upon entering they turned off their bad rap music that was blarring.

Went through the drive thru. Wasn’t sure it was lunchtime but they said it was close enough. My 3 bacon cheesburgers were super good! So much better than McDonald’s! Didn’t tear me up at all. Thanks!

Pick up lunch here and one of the clerks taking my order had body odor so bad it was gross. Then the restroom was very filthy. At least my burger was delicious.

The young man that took my order was polite and professional and I believe he was the active supervisor. The order was wrong the food did not taste all that great. The place looks trashy inside and out. Went back to get my order corrected and the young man/supervisor who took my order the first time very professionally told me he would make everything right for me. When I go to eat my Double Whopper with bacon no cheese it still didn’t taste right and I finally looked inside the burger and tasted the sauce and it was barbecue sauce instead of ketchup. Management really needs to step in and help. This picture is not to get these employees in trouble picture is just for management awareness. Honestly, I was so grossed out from the first order and the conditions of the kitchen I was going to just ask for my money back but I threw the receipt away.

Pulled up to pickup my online order through the drive thru and was met with the rudest cashier. My fries were forgotten and had to walk inside to get them. Got home and had 1 old fry and then 1 fry that wasn’t cooked all the way. My mozzarella sticks were old and hard.

Today was my first time visiting the establishment and it was my first and last time visiting them. There were many points of view to highlight: 1. The cleanliness of the bathrooms. The bathrooms were too dirty. 2. There were many animals inside the establishment. 3. The cleanliness of the place was not clean. Trash was everywhere. 4. The cleanliness of the kitchen. From what I saw when I went to pick up my order, food was thrown everywhere. And my last point is that the food was cold.

Do not order from this BK at all costs. I’ve staved off writing a review of this place for YEARS, today I’ve had it. They never improve themselves. I KNOW when ordering they will mess it up in one or more ways. Today I ordered $70 worth of food ahead of time so my husband could drive through and pick it up. They had no idea my order was even there and my husband had to wait. “Oh, there it is!” Oh there it is indeed. Then they forgot 2 drinks, a fry, and didn’t dress my daughters sandwich correctly. It was an online order so this was written down, item by item, step by step, for anyone to go through. For God’s sakes, check off each item as you put them in the bag or hand them to the customer. I specifically ordered online for the dragon cup thingy with the new lemonade. EVERY. STINKIN. TIME. Every time. For years. They’ve never gotten one order right. It’s insanity.
