Went to Burger King for dinner tonight around 8:30 pm. I got the impossible whopper. The patty was super hard and cold plus they forgot my sauce which I had to go back there and get it and my onion rings were cold. 0/10 this isn’t the first time this happened either. Do better Burger King.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life, everytime I go I either have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes when no other cars are around or they tell me to pull forward and wait for my food and never give it to me. I have never gotten a correct order here and the people and service is trash. Do not go here it should be shut down.

Visited this Burger King three times over the past month, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The Whopper bun was so hard it was nearly inedible. The ice machine in the lobby never has ice, and the ketchup dispenser is always empty. It’s frustrating to see the same issues every time I come here. This location really needs to step up its game.

Service was great.
I ordered and paid for double cheeseburger combo. Got a regular cheese burger. My husband got a whopper. Both burgers were cold cheese wasn’t even melted.
Not likely to eat there again.

I’m happy to say that cleaned up nicely. Tables, floor, and bathrooms were all very clean now. The staff was nice, and the food was very typical of Burger King.. The soda machine was out of several flavors again, but that had my favorites, so I didn’t care much.

I love their menu kiosk where you customize what you want. Staff is attentive to you while you wait on your meal. The meal is great value for money and taste very good. I keep visiting them every week.

It’s really cool you can order it your way, just don’t expect to get what you order. I ordered a sandwich with no onion and got lots, the bread was hard to boot. Then went to sip my ice cold diet Dr pepper and surprised to find it was sweet ice tea. I suggest just pull up and say surprise me, cause that’s what you get anyway. Unfortunately I drove to work to eat and did not realize my order was wrong until too late and not enough time or energy to run back across town.
