Person who was in drive thru had an attitude, He kept asking anything else in a tone like he didn’t want to be bothered. Ask for onion rings said they didn’t have any. Worst customer service ever and Food was cold. Need to get better people to work. When does Burger say they can’t make onion rings when it was only 9:30 pm and they close at midnight in drive thru. Total disappointment.

If you love rude and obnoxious employees, this is the place for you…sarcasm inserted here! Seriously, I never negative review a company on Google as we all have bad days and personal things we deal with, however, I’ll make an exception for this store! Never, ever again will I try to eat there…spent $16 on 2 burgers, a whopper WITH CHEESE and 2 drinks. We received our food, no cheese on the Whopper, ok, mistakes happen…oh no, apparently I didn’t pay for cheese although I was asked if I wanted it! Instead of just taking care of it I was met with “you have to pay for”…mind you, I did when I ordered or so I thought. The manager became involved and when she told me it wasn’t free for her, it wasn’t for me. I didn’t make an unreasonable request, just put a piece of cheese on the burger. After the attitudes from both her and the employee, I asked for a refund. Not only did you lose $16 in sales but how much in wasted food product all over a .25 cent piece of cheese. Good job Burger King…this is the 3rd and last time I’ll will go into the establishment. There are unreasonable people that make ridiculous demands daily but I’m not one of them. When I make a mistake, I own it, apologize and try to correct it. I got only attitudes all the way around. Not good customer service!!

I understand that food service is stressful and that my friend and I entered the drive through 15 minutes before closing on a busy night, but customers still deserve respect. When we were told we were ordering too loud in their speaker, we apologized, apparently still too loud for their liking. The woman taking our order then angrily YELLED at us and ordered us to leave. It was a really upsetting response for a simple misunderstanding.

I ordered a rodeo burger late night through the app! When I pulled in the parking lot I could see the guy hit his headset to say something to some one in the back. When I get to the window I’m asked to pull up and my food will be brought to me. I waiting about 5 mins and the guy brought me my food. I get home and it’s a extremely old burger patty and old veggies and instead of onion rings on the burger til threw old chicken fries on it! This place is completely disgusting and disrespectful depending on whose managing. Worst store in the surrounding area.

I’m happy to say that cleaned up nicely. Tables, floor, and bathrooms were all very clean now. The staff was nice, and the food was very typical of Burger King.. The soda machine was out of several flavors again, but that had my favorites, so I didn’t care much.

Ordered nuggets and onion rings at drive thru with sauce for both. While driving away no sauce for either in bag. Check before you leave I guess. Especially if short guy with messed up haircut is working window

I’ve notoriously had poor customer service at this BK but today was the WORST. The drive thru guy was extremely rude. He claimed to be the manager but slammed the window on me when I asked what his name was & he wasn’t wearing a name tag (probably because he didn’t want people to report him). He also forgot to give me one of the items I ordered so I had to wait until he finally came back to the window. He then claimed it wasn’t on my order when I know it was (there were 3 witnesses in the car with me who vouched) and then didn’t give me a receipt. To top things off, my drink had a hair & dirt particles in it. If you really want it your way, avoid this location and visit one of the other local BKs instead!

The worst experience I ever received in my life, I order a food at 10 pm in this location closed at 12am, and this guys was the most rude and he was mad because I order 7 meals and with a terrible actitud and screening to me my order will take more that 30 minutes to make, I talk him it’s ok but you don’t need to have this actitud or speak like this so I talk him you need to apologize and he refuses saying I don’t going to do it, so I drive to the front to take a picture to see the employee and he smile like you can see in the picture, was with my kids in the car it so sad they have to hear this situation and this rude guy, my 12 year son was so mad he want to defend me I will contact to the manager about this situation, they don’t need to have employees like him
