I don’t care much for Burger King but stopped through for someone else. They enjoyed their meal. The service in the drive thru and window was excellent. I ordered a medium onion ring on the side and the onion rings were not hot. I cant say they weren’t fresh, but definitely not hot. Nonetheless, the drive thru and window service was phenomenal. They train their team well and the customer service was definitely memorable. The area outside was clean.

Spent $62 in food asked for a BBQ sauce and the manager rudely says I have to buy it lol. If you want to buy sauce for your meal, come to this BK. Imagine having to get on line to buy a sauce after spending $62.

Placed an order through Uber Eats FOR PICK UP went to the inside of the store literally within 3 minutes of placing the order to pick it up and was told that my order my already picked up and delivered. Showed the cashier my phone and also showed her the fact that my order was not placed for delivery because my address was not attached to it and no delivery driver would have picked up that order that fast and I could also see on my app that there were no delivery drivers in my area. She still refused to make my food. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank over 2 whoppers called the regional manager Greg and he was just as rude as the workers if anybody should be rude and mad and upset with an attitude it should be the customer that lost money for no reason not the company and or workers

Burger King of Tappahannock has just been added to the boycott list. Cold fries, the nastiest mozzarella sticks I have ever seen and they didn’t even give me a receipt. There is no excuse. It was just before 8pm, I was the second in line out of three vehicles and it took long enough that the food should of been hot and freshly made.

This is my first time here and I had the worst experience at this restaurant. First I ordered a JR whopper, and when i checked the bag, the wrapper was drenched in oil. I gave it to the manager and she had it remade. Then I received the second one, went to my car, opened it and to my shock, I found a flying ant stuck to the bread and some type of other type of creature stuck to the lettuce! Took it back to the manager and I got a refund. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I can’t believe the lack of hygiene and care. I will never be coming back here again. So much for a first impression..

Food was great, staff was very freindly, and service was fast! Decor and layout is great. Only complaint is that it was absolutely freezing inside. Probably 60 degrees fahrenheit. Raise the temperature about 5-7 degrees and it’s 5 stars all the way around!
