The wait in line was LONG. It was only 3 cars. It took 15-20 mins to pay and get the food – the food was not hot, the burger had a strand of hair AND the nuggets had hair in the container it came in, i could not believe it!!!!!

I ordered a whopper meal and asked to exclude the onions, ketchup, and tomatoes. They failed to remove these off my burger and when asked to remake it they repeated the mistake. Not to include that the cheese was missing on both occasions.

Worst BK experience of my life. Ladies and gentlemen, they are not flame boiling these burgers. Our whoppers had zero flavor and appeared to have been microwaved or something. We just know they were not cooked on a flame which is the whole reason. For eating BK flame broiled burgers! Nasty, joke of an establishment. Workers not getting along, drink lids empty, ketchup empty. Tables dirty and Im going to stop now.

This has got to be the absolute worst Burger King I have ever had the pleasure to eat from. The first time I ordered at the Locust Grove VA location, they had no beef so I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. My fries were burnt, my chicken was hard and burnt! That was a month ago but today I went there and ended up with a raw whopper and absolutely horrible customer service. This experience has caused me to never want to eat at another Burger King again!

Slow slow slow! No matter if you go inside, or go to the drive through you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes, for cold food. My daughter got chicken fries that were old. All shrunk and cold.

I came here around 5:50 today and ordered a kids meal. They forgot the toy and didn’t even give me the drink. This is very sad my son really wanted to collect the Naruto toys that they have. The cashier at the drive through needs to be more polite and not forget items.

I did not eat at the restaurant but used the restroom. Multiple flies everywhere, ashes on the toilet seat and a sink that doesn’t drain properly. I’m grateful it didn’t smell and there was soap.

Todays original chicken sandwich. Way to go BK you get worse every day. Maybe one day the roof will stop leaking and you can focus on improving service
