I don’t frequent fastfood places and never go to the drive through when I do. Inside order for takeout. The place was pretty clean considering it was during the lunch rush. The drive thru was 14 vehicles deep. Only 3 of us inside ordering. Simple order: 2 Whoppers (very good), fish sandwich (nasty), medium fry (ok). $21.91 Everything with the staff behind the counter was in slow motion. 16 minutes to receive my order. No ketchup for fries or napkins in the bag even though I stated it was a takeout order. Pretty standard nowadays. It’ll be another 8 months before I get fastfood again.

*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do yourself a favor, trust me, flavorful, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don’t get to pick one. We don’t care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

I don’t understand how only 2-3 people are the only ones working on shift, drive thru is always backed up, the place is not clean, the bathrooms are really disgusting, never a manager on shift. The food is never prepared correctly, or is cold. employees will yell and cuss at each other for every one to hear, No wonder this place barely has anyone coming here now.

This location used to have a play place and it’s shown in some of the pictures here. That was the reason why I took my daughter here over the McDonald’s just down the road. But when we arrived we were disappointed to see that the play place room has been converted into an “employees only” area to store supplies. Bummer, but we ate here anyway. The food was fine, the service was reasonably fast but not friendly, and the dining area and bathroom felt dated and dingy. I’ll choose the McDonald’s next time.

I went to Burger King after lunchtime, and honestly, it was disgusting. The restrooms were absolutely filthy—both sides of the toilet had pee on the floor in mens bathroom, and the sink was even worse. There was this gross, brownish water next to the hot water knob, and I really hope it was just dirt from someone washing their hands, but it looked way worse than that. Totally unacceptable.

On top of that, the employees had awful attitudes. I don’t know if they were just tired or what, but it was clear they couldn’t care less. Between the disgusting bathrooms and the bad service, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anytime soon. I really hope management does something about the cleanliness and the staff attitude—it was just all around gross.

Visited 6/13/22. Order whopper Jr meal added onion rings. The fries were hot & the burger was fresh. No issues from staff or the food. I only had issues with the BK App. It didn’t work at all. I couldn’t use a coupon.

This Burger King is usually good, polite and quick. However today I got a chicken sandwich and a sweet tea. You could tell the chicken was old and warmed up again and the sweet tea had a fly in it. Came back to correct the issue and the manager Mary had an attitude and accused me of putting the fly in my tea. She also said she lost the receipt and got mad when one of the employees found it. She also yelled at and cussed at one of the employees for handing me my card back when she left it sitting by the drive thru. When I asked for corporates number she refused to give it to me. She claimed she didn’t know how to put the money back on my card and when I asked if it was possibke to get cash she just kept repeating for me to come back tomorrow. This issue could have been handled quickly and nicely but she had an attitude, accused me and just didn’t care what I had to say.

My experience with The Burger King at this location was very challenging. Instead of waiting in line in the Drive-Thru I decided to go inside thinking it would be much faster. I was wrong. I had very simple order which took over 20 minutes to complete. When I finally checked my order, I noticed my Steakhouse King sandwich was cold. I requested a new one, and 2 minutes later I received the one in the photo attached. As you can see the fried onions featured in promotion photos are missing. I didn’t notice this until I returned home. I was NOT happy. I’ll just make my own at home.

Only go to this location if you want to park in drive thru for 20mins, recieve the wrong order TWICE, and when asked for your refund the manager tells you to use the app, which doesn’t work. Missing out on $20 the way things are is NOT okay

I worked fast food so I know the job is not that hard. This experience is the worst I had at this location. Sat in drive thru for more than 5 minutes without the car in front of me being acknowledged so I drove around and went inside. The woman taking my order was trying to rush me when typically they should be asking is there anything else. I ask for 2 orders with onion rings but was given fries instead so I know she wasn’t listening. I absolutely hate BK fries they don’t taste right. The staff should be trained better. I don’t understand how the order can be wrong when it is not busy.

So I was in line for like 15 mins LITERALLY and waited patiently. As I was waiting there was 5 of us inside and we all hear some white lady heavyset she tells her worker “stop taking drive thru right now because it’s too much” granted the drive thru was long but this is the reason why the same lady that says that then take her time to introduce herself to me and others waiting in the lobby, so about 21 mins passed ( and at this point I should’ve been left) but I still stand and she finally says I’ll be right with you so I nodded my head and said okay. Now we’re at 35-40mins still haven’t been taking care of meaning no order was taken. I have seen the reviews on here where others are going thru the samething I feel like this restaurant needs a REVIEW from Burger King itself or New Management becuase I never in my entire life wasted an hour in a fast food restaurant JUST NOT to get any food at all and as well be treated like a piece of anything! Seriously this is crazy and will be forwarding this to social media of what I went thru it’s unacceptable! And again today is 5/23/25 and I went there at 5:20 and just now leaving at 6:20pm and again this is all to me becuse of the heavy set white lady inside who was taking lobby orders and giving the employees directions/instructions
