Long lines, long wait, piss poor quality food. I ordered a large veggie buger meal here today. My fries were a hot mess. The carton was underfilled, most of it contained onion rings (if I wanted onion rings, I’d order them), and the fries themselves were nearly burnt. The best part of my meal was the sweet tea.

Be aware. You will be paying anywhere between 1 and 2 dollars more than what you think at this location.They silently charge a bit more, 1.50, than what they have on the menu. Also refills not free. Food is okay.

The staff from cashier to the service workers getting my food are so rude and completely lack customer service .last week, I went through the drive through. The staff forgot my fries and when I went back, she just rolled her eyes and pretty much tossed the bag of fries at me without a work. But her actions spoke louder than words. If I didn’t have my daughter with me, I would have given her a piece of my mind.
I’ve been there several times and noticed the bad service is ongoing expectation no matter what time of day. Now I drive elsewhere for my fast food because I work hard for my money and spends it at places that appreciate my money and provide good service.

I have been coming to this Burger King for the LONGEST TIME! Never have I had an issue with my order. I have ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich AND ADD CHEESE. Ofc they charge 50 cents for the cheese but this time, they said they never did that and refused to put cheese on a SANDWICH.

The burger that my wife ordered was cold in the middle. She took the burger back and explained the situation, the staff did not even offer another burger in exchange for the cold burger. My wife paid for a second burger, which was again cold in the middle. Staff was unresponsive to offer any additional customer service. We will never order from here again. This event happened 11FEB2021 at approximately 1200. Terrible food and service.

There is nothing like finding a 10 inch hair in you sandwich. We brought the food home and I had to call 4 times before someone answered the phone at BK. I spoke to the manager gave him my ticket number and I also had to tell him what I ordered. All I wanted was ‘“I’m sorry that happened” and for me to tell him to make sure hair nets are being worn correctly. I could hardly understand him. I’m still gagging from one bite of food. Never ever will I go back.

The manager was rude when I went back to return the fries cause there seemed to be gum on the carton and they were in the bag the whole time, she asked what i expected her to do since I didn’t want a new fry and she replied that I had them for too long so she probably suspected that i did something to them. I said to just throw it away, to which she responded that ‘I can throw it away’ quite rudely. I work in the food industry myself so I can understand on some level but I will not be coming back again whether they care or not.
