Came in for a whopper, met with a welcoming hello by $money$. She was informative, polite, and convinced me to get the meal for just a few dollars more. I did. Shes got great energy. You know when you encounter an employee that loves their job? Yeah, thats her!

The manager needs improvement an Needs to fully listen to the customer. I didn’t appreciate the attitude an she refused to listen to me when I was trying to explain what was actually wrong with the order . Instead she threw a sandwich away that was actually apart of our order a she still didn’t give us what we asked for . Next time I’m back in the area I will not come there to do business with them . the drive through needs to be fixed because I wasn’t the only person who’s orders were also messed up

I come to this place all the time and for the first time I was told I couldn’t come into the drive thru lane with two online orders. I have never had this issue and if it really was a policy then why would drive thru orders be allowed in the first place. I had waited for almost 20 minutes already. The only thing that made up for my experience was the lovely older lady who gave me my order near the register inside. She deserves a raise.

It is 9:38 AM on 01/10/2026 and the women taking orders at the drive thru is so impatient. The only car in the drive thru was ours, for about 10 minutes. She barely let us order one meal and when we got to the second window she made us go back around to order the rest. What type of customer service is this?! Horrible. You will lose money and customers with these type of employees.

By far the worst experience with a Burger King. Not sure what it is with this place, but if you order online or through uber eats, prepare to have your order completely butchered. Ordered a coke and coffee and received 2 sweet teas, ordered cookies and got a pie, ordered cinnamon rolls, received cold stones with no icing. This is an issue that’s occured on 3 different occasions. Done with this joke of a location

It’s 12/22/2025 at 10:30pm and I’m in the drive thru attempting to place an order, after waiting 10mins for lone to move. The unprofessional worker that’s taking orders states that they are only taking mobile orders (door dash, ubereats). Online and Google states that this Burger King’s drive thru is 24hrs.
I’ve never been to this location before but drove out of my way to be let down and still be hungry. Don’t waste your time.

Never without a fail will they ever get your order right. Employee asked me 3 times if I wanted a cup or cone and even confirmed ‘cone’. Nope, still gave me a cup. Not only that, they gave me a fork for ice cream????? Ice cream was also full of large ice chunks

Ordered through Door Dash. Based on tracking it took about 30 mins for my order to be completed. When I got my food the fries were ice cold (it only took the dasher about 10 mins to deliver food so they weren’t cold because of that). The Whopper had only half of what it was supposed to…no pickles, no ketchup, no tomato…no flavor. And that of course was ice cold too.

Honestly don’t know why I bother going back here occasionally. It is always very difficult to place a drive through order without the order being misunderstood. On my most recent visit, the staff member working the drive though did not understand my request to “add cheese” to a double Whopper combo, and instead added an additional cheeseburger to my order. When I attempted to correct this by indicating that I only wanted a #2 combo with cheese added, she then added yet ANOTHER combo to my order. At the service window, I explained the issue, which took way more effort and confusion to resolve than is reasonable. And after all that – no cheese on my Whopper! Incredible levels of incompetence here.
Given the communication issues at the drive through here, it would almost be preferable to interact with an AI agent at the drive through. Though those have their own issues, I think accuracy would probably be better given how poor the staff at this location are at communication.
