In the evening When McDonald’s takes 40 min to get you your order this nice bk is cranking out fresh burgers and fresh fries right across the street. The staff Keeping the drive-thru moving steady and totally pleasant and kind even when u hit em with a special order 15 min before close.. food was made right the first time unlike many places.

This place has gone downhill, not very friendly, and all but a few that work there treat u with respect. I wish Elkton Burger King was closer to me I’d rather go there. Food is never prepared the way you have ordered it. At one time this Burger King was a decent place to go to.

I got good news and bad news…good news is that Burger King here is using this system to keep track of orders and I like it and think it is really neat! They number your drinks and sammies with the order number so you get all your stuff. The other good thing was that everyone I came into contact with was really nice! The bad news…someone does NOT like to make Spicy Ch’King sammies….mine was a huge mess.

The restaurant was dirty and the staff was rude! They had offers on their board they refused to honor and then they claimed my app code for Burger King also wouldn’t work. To top that they didn’t even take the order correctly food was missing! I am so disgusted with this place! If I could they would get 0 stars!

I visit way more than I care to admit. The workers are always so nice, especially in the morning. I typically get through the drive thru in less than 5 mins, even if there is a line. Thought I’d leave a review for BK since some of the other fast food places in the area are always slow and often rude to customers.

Customer service was mediocre at best, but food came out quickly, hot, and correct. We dined it and the main issue was cleanliness. While the ladies bathroom wasn’t too shabby, the Mens bathroom smelled and was filthy with sticky floors. The dining area could use some serious work in reference to dust and dirt. Directly above the tables are modern hanging lights that are completely covered in over an inch thick of dust and cob webs. Pretty unappetizing to eat under the risk of fallen dust and debris. Windows and windowsills next to the tables were no better. Employees had time to stand around and shoot the breeze but no time to dust the dining area? If there’s time to lean, there is time to clean. Do better.
