Ordered on doordash today, they forgot my whole chicken sandwich that was supposed to be buy one get one free ( even says it on the ticket),then I got my cookie that I couldn’t eat because it was hard as a rock AND the food was cold Door dash only gave me $1.35 credit. Will not be ordering again!

Super nice night staff. Very accomodating and helpful. Easy pick up inside their restaurant. I was there just before 10pm. I have usually gone during the daytime on my days off. Always good quality and prices are great! Good value!

I’ve had the displeasure of ordering from this Burger King 2 times in each occasion they got my order wrong by giving me fries instead of onion rings. I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted like they used dirty water. I didn’t ask for a Sprite instead of the iced tea and the sprite tasted terrible. And my medium fries was like they gave me half a portion would not recommend

I ordered food for my family of five through uber as a pick up. When I arrived the lady told my husband there was no order there after repeating his self over and over then was told by a young man it was there and to go inside. When I arrived inside there was some one else picking up an order to go as well the lady confirmed that my order was on the counter showed me my order then proceeded to try to give my order to some one else. My food was cold and none of my whoppers had cheese wich I paid extra for. For the amount of money they charge you would think service would be better and food would be to. I don’t recommend this bk to any one there’s a way better one down the road about 5 miles.

I went there last night to order 4 whopper jr sandwiches for the 2 for $5 deal and asked for them fresh. The girl that was making the food already had gloves on and went to the broiler and grabbed all of the RAW patties and placed 4 patties inside. After that she walked over to the fryer touched a basket then walked over to the prep table and grabbed the cheese ALL WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES!!! Touching RAW meat then proceeding to touch other food items is utterly disgusting and unacceptable! I immediately asked for a refund! Cross contamination and not a care in the world! It even took the manager 10 minutes for a refund!! I will NEVER eat there again! Very unsanitary and so many violations! Something needs to be done about this!!!

I will never eat here again!!! We paid over $20.00 for our meal, they were in no way busy, we were not causing any problems, we were just sitting there working on some work minding our own business. There was only one other couple in there eating and they kicked us out as soon as we were done eating. We were there about 45 min but in no way was it even a little busy. A big security guard came over said we stayed away past a time limit. Like they needed to give the table to other customers. They kicked us out because they thought we were homeless. Plus we paid over $20 for food and was about to buy dessert till he kicked us out for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Discrimination at its best at the South Blvd burger king. Stay away!! over priced and horrible service. Calling my cousin who is a lawyer to see if they can actually treat people that way

I can’t tell you how many times my husband and i go through this drive thru and constantly get my order wrong either on the app or in store. I have food sensitivities and when i want a burger it’s never done right and then i can’t eat my food. I get not paying attention if their is a rush or there may be getting too many mobiles in but i come in around seven ish out of work and this is the kind of service i get.
It’s not fair to leave work when i just want a burger to the specs i put in the app or say at the counter to feel completely ignored by anyone who is working. Believe me i hate doing this because we are all trying to do our best make a living given how hard the fast food industry is but to level of careless nature almost 95 percent of the time is outrageous and quite frankly disrespectful to the people that come be a patron.
