Ordered French Toast Sticks. It’s been a hit or miss between the 3 locations here. Usually a MISS!!
Just look at the images. Absolutely horrible for a total of $3.17!! 5 sticks for $2.99 plus tax !! These are trash! I recommend SONIC if you want good French Toast Sticks!!!
I really want my money back for this nonsense!!! It’s a reason I don’t eat out much anymore!
Granted, their customer service at this location is good but these sticks are straight garbage!

1 Star – Consistent Issue with Napkins
I’ve visited this Burger King multiple times, and they always forget to include napkins in the bag. It’s a small but frustrating oversight that leaves me without essentials for eating on the go. Please train staff to double-check bags—basic supplies shouldn’t be hit or miss every time.

this place is a hit or miss. i went today and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. they didn’t put bacon on it. so i went back up and told them it didn’t have the bacon. the girl with black and red hair gave me a nasty look as if its not her job to fix food they messed up. they just put extra mayo on it. i had to go back up AGAIN and tell them a second time they did not put bacon on it and flooded it with mayo. a lady tried to just give me a baggie of bacon after they already threw away my burger. they had attitudes about having to do the job they’re paid to do.

I would avoid this location if I were you. Every single time I’ve gone here they made my food incorrectly, or didn’t give me something I paid for and then management would ALWAYS give me an attitude about it. I would always be nice to them when my food was wrong, or something was missing, and always show my receipt and my bag so they could see for themselves but despite this they would get nasty at me and almost accuse me of lying. I have to go so far as open sandwiches in front of them to show them I was given a sandwich wrong as I always order custom sandwiches, such as no mayo or no ketchup, all depending on the sandwich and show them the condiments that are clearly on the sandwich. One time management even asked me why I can’t just scrape it off and eat it. I looked at them shocked, are they not familiar with certain food allergies? What kind of person would ask that? Now I avoid this location because they probably do exactly that now and I can’t tell, but it would explain why I’ve had an allergic reaction a couple times. I SHOULD report them to the Health Department because scrapping things off, or even suggesting such things is NOT okay, let alone ignoring a food allergy.

ordered a whopper meal and a bacon and swiss chicken sandwich…. this is how my whopper came in the bag -_- and i got one of their burger melts instead of the chicken sandwich. i ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened. this location doesn’t even deserve one star.

The staff were friendly. The dining room and bathroom were clean. The food was fresh but not too hot. Service was fast. Overall, the establishment was new, decorated very nicely. I will return.

The managers Nigeria and Tanya need replaced they have no idea how to run that store.
Managers son works there and supervision is under her as well state prohibits family to work same shift and be supervised by such family member.
Lady who works the front literally made the customer clean there own tables
And the max capacity in the building is 50 people they had over 150 guest and had customers yelling order numbers because they were getting all mixed up… I was one who had to call a few numbers it’s a mess in there… Sign outside isn’t even the real number to hiring the man doesn’t even work there so GOOD LUCK trying to get in touch using the number on the sign.
