This place is disappointing in so many ways and levels. Often times, I get a sandwich from there that was not put together properly or missing something. The people aren’t often friendly or welcoming and the food is just butchered by whoever is putting it together. And way WAY overpriced (not worth it at all) never ever going back there …

I feel very bad about giving such a low star review for this location because everyone who works here is very polite and the store is very clean on the inside. However, I have used their drive through multiple times now and every time they have either put a completely different item down from what I ordered and then put a different incorrect item down after I let them know that it is incorrect, they try to rush you through even if you’re the only person in the drive through, and half the time they forget to put all the items in the bag when you get up to the window. I do think part of this may be due to out of date headsets but I could be wrong.

We got a fish sandwich that was tiny and almost flavorless (compared to what they used to be) for $5.89! They USED to be great…what happened? I understand that because of this new administration the inflation is awful but the flavor quality shouldn’t suffer. We also got the NEW Whopper melt and the new Bacon Whopper melt meals. Once again, for $13.49 plus tax, for a medium, it was tiny and I actually expected more than one piece of bacon and a pickle plus a quarter of one. Im not trying to be petty but just giving an honest, detailed review, for quality control purposes. Also, our fries were not even full. I only have pics of mine, which is the bacon melt meal. Other than the food not filling us up, especially for what we paid and skimping on the bacon and pickles…I actually thought the NEW BACON WHOPPER MELT TASTED EXCELLENT! The other party was not impressed with his regular Whopper melt at all. We also split a spicy chicken sandwich and it was very good. Another problem was the food was lukewarm.

I typically go to BK 2 times a week and FIRST TIME at this Brunswick location. Very Clean and comfortable, probably best Double Whopper I’ve experienced this year!! All ingredients were fresh and very good food temperature. Kudos!!!

This is the second time we’ve ordered take out from this location. The first was pretty good, but we thought we’d mix things up and try Roy’s the next time we were in Brunswick. What a big mistake… so glad we got treated like dirt by Roy’s employees and bailed before even placing our order (we later found out the Brunswick Roy’s had terrible reviews and feel like we dodged a bullet). After the Roy’s fiasco, we decided to stick with what we knew and drove right down the street to the Burger King at Dutchman’s Creek.

To the owner or manager I would recommend taking a look at your security cameras in the food preparation area around 12:45 pm on 3/18/2023. You’ll find the vast majority of your employees engaged very unprofessional behavior as I stood by the counter watching and waiting on my food. They appeared startled from their horseplay after noticing me as they jumped up from the floor and proceeded to hide for a moment in the back. I also did not see any handwashing before food preparation after playing around on the floor. I would also like to note the employee walking around with his hands in his armpits like the movie “Superstar.” I would highly recommend some training on professionalism and sanitation.

Probably worst Burger King ever! Food tastes different and last Burger you could see finger markings as they pushed down on Burger. Burger King always my favorite but McDonald’s in brunswick beating them
