The Bk in Chester MD is horrible! Always getting my food wrong most of the time they can’t understand what I’m saying. Some changes definitely need to be made at this location! There’s only like 3 people out of the 10 they have working there that actually know what their doing and care about customers.

First time customer became hooked for life! My son is the Burger King and he now reigns over his namesake with no remorse for McDonald’s, 5 Guys or any local burger joint. Hilariously cannot get the “BK-have it your way” jingle out of our mouths and can’t wait to return for more burgers and smiles! The burgers are the size of a child’s head!

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a whopper. My order was taken quickly, and I was served promptly. I haven’t had Burger King in years. The whopper sandwich was fresh . The lettuce was crispy, and the tomatoes were firm. It was the whopper sandwich that I remembered from back in the day. Keep up the good work.

Almost everytime I go here my food ends up being incorrect, I make no crazy adjustments except add Onion to a burger and I either get a completely different burger then what was ordered, or it’s made wrong, missing several ingredients and not having the one I added. This happens in person and when I order through the app. This is getting very obnoxious and annoying. Just now my family ordered through the app and we got two completely different burgers then what we ordered, this is NOT the first time this has happened.

I asked can I get a double fish and he told me we don’t do that so I asked for a manager and he came back said that he can do that. I waited 15 minutes for my order. I was the only person in lobby. Drive through had some cars but I should have been waited on before they finished the amount of cars in drive through, that’s why I had come in.
