Service is trash. Patricia is the manager and she doesn’t do anything but make the place worse than what it already is. I call a lot and they just hang the phone up on me and tell me that Patricia is busy and she cannot get to the phone when they barely have any customers, this is the worst Burger King I ever been to in my life. 2nd time in the last month going to this location and the 2nd time getting my order wrong. I knew I should have checked before I got home. Ordered an Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper and a Jr Bacon Cheese Burger with pickles and onions. Got a regular Whopper and a Hamburger with pickles and onions with no cheese and no bacon. Last time I ordered I got a rodeo burger with cheese and an Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper and I got a rodeo burger with no cheese and a Regular Whopper ♀️ and yes they heard me because both receipts had the correct order just the contents of my bags did not.

The whopper bun was completely soaked and we could tell it had been sitting out all night and was just reheated. It was soggy and then you can’t even call to complain. The drive thru worker was polite, but the food was trash and it’s very disappointing to say the least.

My friend and I got lunch here. We had a hard time placing our order, because the order taker couldn’t understand Original Chicken Sandwich with cheese meal. My friend got a fish sandwich meal. Once we passed that hurdle the food was good and the fries were hot.

New employee there today was being rude and disrespectful on her first day. I told the manager who was being friendly that “I understand it is her first day, but tell her to watch her attitude” regarding the new employee because you don’t talk to ANYONE the way the way i was spoken to.

Always a fast, cheap meal. I used my app coupons. Waited 4 minutes for fresh nuggets definitely worth getting them fresh. Although i had to drive back through the drive thru because they forgot my fritters. Quick in and out. Not busy at all.
