Went through the drive thru customer service was cool food old! Chicken sandwich hard as hell! Chicken fries dried up not edible just old and i didn’t look at the food till I got all the way home and didn’t feel like going back but I wont ever go back $30 something dollars wasted. Sent someone in to pick up the SpongeBob meal and was told they had it but not the bread. Really wanted to try the meal so I was willing to substitute the bread. False advertisement all across the board because when I got the meal and opened the box, I was completely unsatisfied. On the burger they put just pickles and ketchup, none of the other topping were on the burger. They didn’t have the bacon cheese tater tots just regular fries, no pie and no frozen drink, nothing. They gave us a kids meal in a SpongeBob box smh that’s sad and false advertisement at this location very disappointed.

Only issue I had was, I went through drive through, they didn’t give me correct order, so I pulled around to the door to go in, and the doors were locked, and it was only 8:30. So I had drive around to the drive through again, because I was told they couldn’t open the door. But the dinning room should have still been open. I was agitated, and didn’t want the food after that.

I clearly asked for sauce on my sandwich and regular cheesy tots second time they did this to me I checked my food this time the cheesy tots had bacon which in my opinion are nasty they asked me to pull away from the window to the double doors and it was not cars behind me to hold up the drive view I got my money back pulled off and my sandwich was wrong I want all my money back I’m sick of Burger King the manger walked away from me as I was talking to her rude

So apparently, this establishment hires people that can’t comprehend the order list because they didn’t give me my 2 Hershey pies, and then they didn’t give me my large drink either. And they don’t answer their phone so you can’t talk to them about it.
